Super Anlage. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Der Service war super. Das einzige was etwas schwierig war, waren die harten Matratzen, aber das ist sicherlich Ansichtssache. Das Essen war super. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben einen tollen Ausflug zum Naivasha See gemacht.

Die ganze Anlage ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Verpflegung: Sehr schönes Buffet im Hauptrestauren, Frühstück- Mittags und Abends. Es hat immer auch lokale Leckereien die man unbedingt ausprobieren sollte. Service: Ausserst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, immer etwas zurückhaltend und manchmal nicht immer top professionell, aber genau das macht den Charme der Anlage aus. Unterkunft: Die Aussicht aus den Zimmer ist einfach grandios in das Great Rift Valley, Sie werden mit einem Sonnenaufgang geweckt, den Sie niemals vergessen werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und rustikal eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Golf: Wir haben täglich eine Runde Golf gespielt ( greenfee als Hotelgast weniger als USD 25.00 !!) Der Platz ist sehr gut gepflegt, die Caddies auch professionel. Der Golfplatz ist eine Herausforderung, da er doch sehr lang ist und vor allem man spielt auf ca. 2200 Meter über Meer, das geht schon ein wenig in die Beine und Lunge !!! Auf dem Platz wird man manchmal von Zebras oder Warzenschweinen begleitet, und vieler heimischer Vögel. Ich habe über 40 Jahre in der Tourismusbranche gearbeitet und auf der ganzen Welt Hotels und Golfplätze besucht. Ich kann also eine objektive Beurteilung schreiben. Wenn Sie einen Aufenthalt mit Golf, ev. Safaris immer schönes Wetter nicht tropisch feucht, und eine Anlage der Ruhe, nicht schicki micki !!! aber trotzdem Luxus - dann sind sie hier genau richtig!!!!!.

Die weitläufige Anlage ist schön gelegen. Der Pool ist gross. Der Golfplatz ist sehr schön, nicht sehr streng zum gehen. Die Löcher sind nicht sehr lang. Für einen Feriengolfplatz auch nicht zu schwierig. Die Pflege ist sehr gut. Das Essen (Buffet) war gut. Das Personal gut geschult. Es ist ein Kongresshotel für Gruppen. Von denen merkt man aber nichts. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Beautiful ambience, close to nature, excellent food. Really enjoyed their services. This is huge ares, you will have your own bungalow, big masterbed, specious living room, belcony and open kitchen. Very quite and calm. You will see some frindly animals.

We stayed here for a night in our Kenya expedition (I, wife and 6Y old child). While the property is great, the service is below par. They are insensitive to customer’s needs. We requested for additional bottles of water in the night and they didn’t arrive until morning. Even in the morning, we had to follow up 3 times, the lady quoted some policy of 3 bottles per room per day, and we offered to pay extra. Dining service, especially in the alacarte restaurant, is very average, they used pre-made pizza bases for our dinner, which is unacceptable for a 4-star rated property. The speed of the service is also below average. The number of mosquitoes in this property are several hundred, and we were worried for our safety despite applying repellent. Duty manager and staff are arrogant, refused to take any feedback.

The check in was amazing, very calm environment for business meeting, co-creation workshop and anything you might think of having in a serene environment. Purity in particular was amazing an amazing host, very humble,calm and ready to support. ❤️

The overall if the service was very nice amd fantastic including the environment, staff, room and the food.it was my first time and like to comeback if I get the same business aportunity. It is really a beatuful place. You get where you can play tennis ball and bicycle riding

We visited here with mum,dad and my brother and we don't regret it. Purity made our stay on day 2 memorable, we got a suite with the best view -5060 and it was memorable. There is alot to do we enjoyed basketball, tennis and a heated pool we will return definitely.

Came with a group for a work retreat and it was amazing! From the corporate head of sales Maimuna Mohammed, the staff at Great Rift Valley Lodge in Naivasha - Rajab, Kiama, Nahashon, Martin, Tioko, Eurslah, Nkrumah, Purity and all the staff in general....you are amazing and your hospitality is beyond!
