Ich weiß nicht, wie ich es gut ausdrücken soll. Als ich ein Zimmer buchte, war die Ctrip-Einleitung im Hotel mehr als 50 Quadratmeter groß, aber als ich im Hotel ankam, stellte ich fest, dass das Zimmer nur etwa 12 Quadratmeter groß war. Der Unterschied war ganz anders als in der Beschreibung. Es gibt nur zwei Arten von Zimmern in diesem Hotel. Das eine ist nur ca. 12 qm groß, das andere über 90 qm in zwei Räumen (ich habe es mir später angesehen) ... Also habe ich es einfach 5 Tage gehen lassen, hahaha! Ich werde das reservierte Zimmer fertigstellen. Später zahlte Ctrip 80 Yuan, aber ihre Plattform ist tatsächlich billiger als andere Plattformen, löst Probleme schnell und hat eine gute Einstellung.

Das Hotel wird von den Chinesen eröffnet, das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett ist groß, und das Standardzimmer in Afrika lebt schon so lange. Das Standard-Doppelbett dieses Hotels ist das größte.

Beste Service jemals. Freundliches Personal und sehr willkommen. Sicheres Gebiet, sauber und sehr schönes Frühstück, das für Sie wie es persönlich gemacht wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett Menschen. Sie tun alles, was Sie gerne fragen würden. ASAP! Dank aller Mitarbeiter, die dort arbeiten, von den Wächtern bis zu den Kochen bis zum Empfangspersonal. Besonders Empfangspersonal Ann und andere, die nachts arbeiten. Ich buche dieses Hotel jeden Tag, wenn ich Nairobi besuche, und auch das Hotel ist sehr sicher für Ihre wertvollen Mitarbeiter. Es gibt eine Sicherheit im Zimmer, aber Ihre anderen größeren Mitarbeiter wie Laptops sind auch sicher Dank, Ann und Andere, die meistens nachts arbeiten. Ihr machten meinen Urlaub unvergesslich.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend und wird vom Personal gut betreut, das bezaubernd und aufmerksam ist. Wir danken dem gesamten Team und vor allem Florence, Patrick und Antony, die wie alle anderen Mitarbeiter großartig waren. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig, ich würde sagen, dass es nur Speck und Nutella braucht, um perfekt zu sein 🤩 Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert und der beheizte Pool ist willkommen. Die Bar auf dem Dach ist auch sehr schön und der Mojito ist sehr gut zubereitet. Danke schön. Der Preis des Restaurants sollte vielleicht gesenkt werden, da dies die Preisgrenzen in Europa sind. Ansonsten vielen Dank für den guten Service, Rafiki Zangu.

This was an amazzzzzing experience. Very exceptional. I booked this last minute when the original place I booked turned out to be a scam and I was stuck. I saw this place come up and I looked at the reviews to make sure it was good (I also knew the place as I grew up around that area and knew they were reliable and would not scam me). Anyway, I was glad to get this and they allowed me to book and only pay when I actually got on site. I checked in very late and they were very accommodating. This place is not just good…. It is amazingggg. It surpassed my expectations. The level of service and security is exceptional. Everyone in the staff is so friendly, provide exceptional service for the security, check-in/lobby staff, cleaners, laundry were just simply amazing. Jacinta, Kizito, Anne and so many others went far and beyond. Had such an amazing time. Anything I needed was provided quick and swift. They provide you with bottle water everyday and also clean the whole apartment (including bathrooms, kitchen, all dishes, floors etc) daily. They also provide you with bathroom amenities, clean towels and sheets daily. They also make your beds and rooms daily. You really feel like you are at home but also on vacation. Had a great city view as well. The staff all know you and make every effort to make your stay amazing. The security is also on point. No one can just come in. You have to register visitors for them to be allowed in and they will check their IDS and cars before being allowed into the property. The main pool was amazing but deep, so be prepared for that (this is not a heated pool though) This place is right next to Yaya Center, which is very convenient for everything you need for your stay as well as close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. It’s very quick and easy to get Ubers there as well. They are doing some renovations to the gym and lobby (they have temporary setups of this at the moment), but from what saw, these will look very good when done. If you are thinking about staying here, please don’t hesitate. You will love it and want to stay longer or come back. I have already recommend this place to family and friends who I know will be traveling to Nairobi in the next coming months. To sum it up: this is an amazing place to stay and surpassed what I expected, very clean as well. Book this place… you will not regret it! It’s simple amazing. I will be staying here when I go back.

Und das Essen? Absolut Mundwasser! Jede Mahlzeit wurde mit einer solchen Pflege erstellt, und Sie konnten die Frische in jedem Bit probieren. Die Mocktails waren sehr frisch, dank @Kimani der Mixologe. Wenn Sie einen Ort wollen, der einen erstaunlichen Service mit leckeren Lebensmitteln kombiniert, schauen Sie nicht weiter!
