Overall it was ok. Pros, good location, the staff are friendly and the room is decent. Cons, the reception is inefficient and check in takes longer than it should. It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.

Schöne Architektur, aber nicht genügend Privatsphäre für uns zu bleiben. Auch die Klimaanlage war kompliziert zu bedienen und scheint nicht das Zimmer cool genug - schlägt vor, einschließlich Betriebsanweisungen im Zimmer, eine Art Cheat-Sheet. Das WLAN war auch spitz - arbeitete auf meinem Telefon, aber nicht auf meinem Laptop, und der Fernseher war noch nicht arbeitet. Wir waren eine Familie von 5, Der Ort ist extrem sauber und frisch Luftflüssig,Der Empfänger war so freundlich und sicher, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten es ist leider nicht erinnern, ihren Namen,Allerdings haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen, Das Essen war bis zu perfekt, die Sachen waren so freundlich im Allgemeinen, würde ich sicherlich wünschen Cloud Hotel und Suites jederzeit und würde sicher wieder dorthin gehen 👌🏼 Ps:Es liegt in Westlands Nairobi.
