Have a memorable experience staying in Brevely Hotel Batam on my recent trip with friends. Must say room is huge for deluxe King and staff are super friendly.Daily breakfast with average options but food are delicious.unfortunatly pool is under renovation. Overall is a present stay in this hotel will surely recommend friends to experience the stay

The stay at the service apartments were disappointing and below expectations. My friends and I did not have a good sleep because of the prayer chanting that starts everyday 430-5am, it is very loud and everyone was awoken by it. On top of that, there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room. Even after house keeping the cockroach was still there. We had to call the lobby to come clean up. One of our friends’ room also had a smell in the apartment, the door was not working very well and the fridge and aircon was also not cold. We requested for a change of room on the last day however the new room was worst, there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the toilet light where left on. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the stays at the service apartments. But the service provided by the staff were okay and acceptable at the least. The location is also not too bad and accessible to most places. I would rate overall 3.5/5.

Ich war kürzlich im Oakwood Hotel Batam und hatte eine gemischte Erfahrung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es ist bequem, die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Bett war bequem, aber das Zimmer selbst war ziemlich klein, mit einem offenen Schrank, der nicht allen gefällt. Frühstück war ein Highlightther war eine gute Auswahl an Optionen, und die Qualität war beeindruckend. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass keine Einzahlung während der Eincheckung erforderlich war. Die Klimaanlage war jedoch ein großer Nachteil. Es war nicht kalt genug, und selbst nachdem ein Techniker gebeten hatte (der 30 Minuten ankam), war das Problem nicht gelöst. Unsere erste Nacht war unkomfortabler warm, was es schwer zu schlafen machte. Glücklicherweise regnete es am zweiten Tag, was das Zimmer natürlich kühlte. Ich war in Zimmer 803, die einen bequemen Zugang zum Pool und zum Frühstücksbuffet hatten. Wenn Sie jedoch ein kaltes Zimmer und Liebe mit einem Duvet bevorzugen, würde ich empfehlen, dieses Zimmer zu vermeiden. Eine weitere unerfreuliche Erfahrung war während der Auscheckung. Ich bemerkte einen fehlenden Geruch, ähnlich einem Sonnenbäume, in der Nähe des Aufzugs und im ersten Stock. Es war ziemlich off-puting, als ich das Hotel verließ. Das Oakwood Hotel Batam hat insgesamt einige große Aspekte, aber das Klimaanlage-Problem und der unbehagliche Geruch beim Auschecken haben einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Wenn diese Fragen behandelt werden, könnte es ein viel besserer Aufenthalt sein.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber mit vollen Toiletten. Die beiden riesigen Kristallschirme im Lobby war beeindruckend. chinesische Neujahrsdekorationen waren sehr apt und schön. Frühstücksausbreitung war erstklassig. Dies ist sicherlich ein Hotel in Batam, da es strategische Lage im Herzen der Stadt war.

We were recommended to your hotel by my wife's nephew who was a guest at your hotel with his family.  The location is excellent especially for shopping at the Grand Batam mall.  We found your staff very polite and always helpful.  This applied to all the staff we interacted with from the door man to the staff at check in and check out to & the staff at breakfast.  There was one particular person at concierge (a rather tall, slim fair looking gentlemen) who was particularly helpful and always with a smile.  We were hoping to see him today to make sure we get his name but unfortunately he was not on duty today. We were hoping to use the gym and pool today but ran out of time.  The gym and the pool looked well maintained and clean.  We had a massage last night and they were excellent. We found boiling a kettle took a long time but I presume it is due to poor infrastructure on the island.  The island could certainly do with more invested in the infrastructure and roads/traffic to encourage more visitors.

Schönes Hotel und freundlicher Kundenservice. Frühstück so gut mit vielen Varianten. Grab sind so viel einfacher und schneller. Kann kurz nach Nagoya schneiden, aber die Schleife Treppe ist nicht bequem, aber Sie können auch kurz durch die Straße sehr nahe gehen. Während der CNY erhielten wir Orange und Paket Ang Pow mit Noten und Token $$ für Glück.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Der Service ist gut, effizient und schnell. Ich bekam ein neues Zimmer, als ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängerte, und ein Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk. Aber ich schätze, das Housekeeping-Team hat es versäumt, die Toilettenartikel, Shampoo, Duschgel und Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen. Ich schätze jedoch, dass ich an diesem Tag Pech hatte, da es mehrere zeitweilige Stromausfälle gab!! Aber innerhalb von 30 Sekunden war der Strom wieder normal!! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Sehr bequemer Fußweg zum Einkaufszentrum, zu Massagezentren und zum berühmten A2 Foodcourt Center. Mit Grab zurück zum Fährterminal zu kommen ist einfach und schnell.

Meine Freunde und ich haben vor kurzem im Hotel und Residence Nagoya Mansion geblieben, und insgesamt war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr bequemen Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Nagoya Hill Mall, wodurch es ideal für Einkaufen und Essen. Die Zimmer waren durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend, und die Reinigung war bis zu Standard. Obwohl das Fehlen eines Haartrockners im Zimmer eine geringfügige Belastung war, die freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiter mehr als für sie gebildet. Sie waren sehr bequem, sogar für uns, uns frühzeitig ohne zusätzliche Gebühren zu überprüfen, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmes Aufenthalt. Die bequeme Lage und hervorragende Service machen es für andere sehr empfehlenswert. Mit einigen Verbesserungen an den Einrichtungen wäre es perfekt!
