Great hotel stay. Family room is very spacious including mini fridge and dining table. Friendly staff. Excellent location with many eateries shops, massage services and wet market. They provided ordering services for Batam Layer cake, which delivered to hotel directly. It save my time and trip to travel to Golden prawn area to buy it. The only downside is the check in timing was late by an hour due to delayed cleaning services. Hope they can improve on check in time. Otherwise was a pleasant place that I will book again next trip

Surrounding the hotel got a lot of restaurants, shop and many many more. Necessary amenities are provided in the room and free wifi connections.

Always have a great experience staying here! AC are cold, bed are comfortable Nearby have market and shops Room tv have Netflix and YouTube too!

Room is clean, however there were no towels provided when we checked in. I called hotel staff a few times and only managed to get the towels around 10 pm. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on providing the amenities immediately upon check-in. The breakfast is great.

Affordable hotel rate that is convenient located within walking distance Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. There are also many eateries, shops, massage parlours located within the vicinity. Breakfast included, with a generally well spread.

Love the location of the hotel - its near to all the shops and eatries that I want to go. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tis trip wif families here again n recommend fren over to tis hotel too,different frm b4 is rm no more frig,shower gel hard to press,heater still e same faulty.Tis is e feedback frm relatives n frens,hopefully will be better next time bk again.

not the best Aston in Batam. a bit old compare to other Aston. location good as walking distance to food stalls, just out from lobby.

There is long shu xia right beside to eat. Super convenient and near A2 Foodcourt too. Easily accessible

.I wasn't informed that I needed to make a special request for two single beds, but upon arrival, I was given a queen bed to share with my friend. I don't feel comfortable with this arrangement. I believe trip.com should have guided us to request a room with special requirements instead of expecting us to figure it out on their website. Lastly, the water heater is faulty. I was shivering from the cold in the morning when I took my shower, which put me in no mood to bathe.d to bathe.d to bathe.d to bathe.

The room is spacious and the amenities is good. The breakfast is great as well as. There are alot of options to choose from. The location is great as well. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price for the room.
