This was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

Overall, it was a good stay and would come back, but the tv's were freaking out and not working properly. Also, the shower kept having water leaking during showers and had to keep using all the towels to keep the bathroom dry. Restaurant had amazing food though! The Philly cheesesteak loaded fries were my husband and I favorite! Thankful for the people who were there serving us and working hard. Hopefully those couple things could just be fixed a bit. Other than that this is an amazing hotel!

Very unfriendly and rude night shift worker @ the front desk. Customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with our stay.

The property is in great condition, the room comfortable, the staff all very nice. Breakfast was very good. I was disappointed that they only have valet parking (extra $25). It’s ridiculous to charge a “resort fee”, particularly in February. There are many nice looking hotels in that area. I’ll shop around if I’m back.

Homewood Suites is a very nice place. The grounds are spotless, pool indoors is great. Beach is very clean as it is taken care of daily

This has been our go to spot the last 4 winters. My kids love the indoor water slides and being able to swim in the warm. Things have changed over the past year…. For the worse! You are now forced to valet park. It has always been an option, but it’s not included in the price and it’s an extra 25 bucks per day. Service has always gone down hill. I had to call the front desk 3 seperate times for extra sheets and blankets. Breakfast is a 3/10, it used to be better but now they try to serve the cheapest things they can. Then to put me over the top the pool is suppose to open at 9 everyday. On the day of our checkout the pool is not open til 930. Not a big deal but my kids love to swim before we are forced to check out at 11. So I kindly asked the front desk if we could check out 30 mins later. They just say they cannot extend our check out. They said no. And it is just a care free no, like it’s my problem. So I asked can we swim before 9. Another care free no. With no emotion or care. Like I’m a bother and they don’t care that it’s not fair. Sad to say after 4 years of this being my go to wintertime retreat I will not be back! This place got bought out by Hilton several years ago and they care nothing about the guest. Front desk staff is very rude. And do care free about the guest or trying to keep them happy. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Valet parking easy. Check in simple & speedy. Hotel is easy to navigate. Room is clean, spacious & beds comfortable. Bathroom clean w/plenty amenities. Breakfast full of a variety of hot foods and cold selections. Definitely worth staying!

I wish they had same service as many overseas resorts and hotels. Very cheap service and breakfast for price paid for the room. I'll travel elsewhere next time.

Indoor pool, water slides, and multiple hot tubs were great. Beach is fantastic. Hotel restaurant is convenient. Location is perfect! Staff was friendly. They need all new bedding and could update the rooms a bit.

Nice hôtel on the Beach close to everything. Large room with balcon. Confortable bed.

The resort was good. You can tell it’s dated, carpets are dirty from everyday wear. Unfortunately we could hear the people above us and beside us all night. Take a sound machine. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Location is convenient to everything.

Everything was excellent , the view of the ocean the staff the hotel was great ONLY 1 thing we did not like was that the sheets were way to small for the king size bed and the edges of the bed sheets would come off leaving us with half put on sheets. When we tried to fix the sheets numerous times it was of no use Becasue the fitted sheets were just to small other than that it was a great stay i
