2층 독채숙소가 전체적으로 깨끗하고 인테리어가 세련되었고 따뜻한 느낌의 숙소였습니다. 무었보다도 2층 단독주택 전체를 저희 가족이 프라이빗하게 사용할 수 있어 좋았고 옥상의 노을과 바다가 어우러진 파노라마 오션뷰는 제가 살면서 보았던 최고의 아름다운 장관이었습니다. 호스트께서도 소통도 잘 되시는 젊은 여자분이셨는데 친절하고 꼼꼼히 숙소설명도 해주시고 가까운 흰여울마을 맛집도 잘 안내해주셨습니다. 다음에도 재방문 의사 있는 최고의 숙소라고 생각합니다!!

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The views were spectacular, and the hotel facilities were of excellent quality. The service was outstanding, every staff member I interacted with was polite, attentive, and spoke English very well, which was extremely helpful as I do not speak Korean. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s strong eco-friendly concept. They do not provide liquid amenities; instead, they offer solid toiletries presented in thoughtfully designed paper boxes. I was so impressed by the quality that I purchased an additional set for 9,000 KRW. I also tried the breakfast delivery service, which was beautifully arranged in environmentally friendly packaging designed by the hotel. Even the water bottles were non-plastic. The hotel is located near Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and is most convenient for guests who are driving or using Uber. Uber is easy to book, with rides to Haeundae costing approximately USD 8–10 (20–30 minutes), and the airport being about one hour away. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both comfort and sustainability.

Das Hoteldesign ist sehr kunstvoll, die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist hervorragend und die Service-Einstellung aller, vom Portier über das Personal an der Rezeption bis zum Essenslieferanten, ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer abgelegenen Gegend, aber unter dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Platz mit Cafés, Fastfood-Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften und einer sehr großen und unterhaltsamen Buchhandlung, die der Sisyphus-Buchhandlung in China ähnelt. Es ist auch ganz einfach, ein Taxi zu rufen. Wenn Sie sich über den Standort nicht sicher sind, hilft Ihnen der Portier dabei, ein Taxi zu rufen. Allerdings handelt es sich bei den im Zimmer bereitgestellten Hausschuhen nicht um Einwegartikel, auch wenn sie sauber aussehen. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr groß und die Wegbeschreibung nicht ganz klar, sodass es beim ersten Mal sehr verwirrend sein wird.

設備は新しく、清潔感は感じられるお部屋でした。 ただ、お部屋の見栄えは良いのですが、家具のチョイスや配置がなんとも使い勝手が悪かったのは残念でした。 ベッドとクローゼットの間のスペースが狭すぎて扉が中途半端にしか開けられなかったり、テーブルの高さが低すぎたり、荷物を広げたりパッキングする場所が結局ベッドの上しかなかったり。テレビはあるけれど、ローカル放送が見られるような設定がなされていなかったり。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができるとの情報があったのでこちらを選んだのですが、宿泊前日に問合せたところ、事前連絡の上、チェックイン当日の10:30以降にしか預けることができないとのことで、スケジュールに合わず、結局利用できませんでした。そのような条件があるならば、あらかじめ明記していただきたかったです。それならば他のホテルを選びました。 有人フロントがないため、こうした問合せに対して回答をいただくまでに時間もかかり、不便を感じました。 ベッドの掛布団をめくると髪の毛が落ちていたり、トイレを使用しようとしてフタをあけると、清掃時に集めたシャワー室のゴミなのか、髪の毛のかたまりが残っていて（清掃の最後に流そうとして忘れたのか?）ギョっとさせられたり、今回の宿泊については、たまたまでしょうが、残念なポイントが重なってしまいました。 宿泊料金を考えると、相応なのでしょうか。 旅慣れたかたや、滞在時の快適性にこだわらず、寝られればよいというかたには問題ないのかもしれません。

A staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train).

Mein Freund hat mir zum Geburtstag einen Trip nach Busan geschenkt und hat das Whissle Hotel gebucht, in dem wir immer übernachten, wenn wir Haeundae besuchen. Wir waren 3 Nächte in einem Zimmer, das 2025 renoviert wird, und es war geräumig und sauber, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Einziges kleines Manko war, dass die Handtücher leicht gerochen haben. Aber ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und wir sind insgesamt zufrieden. Wenn wir wieder nach Haeundae kommen, würden wir zu 1000% wieder hier übernachten! Weiter so!

Vielen Dank an die Rezeption für das geräumige Prinzessinnenzimmer mit Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit den älteren chinesischen Gästen ist unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Nachtmarkt, Supermarkt, Kreuzfahrtschiff und Busan sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. 👍

I love everything else but where it’s located is in the mountain and it has only 2 road that reaches the hotel not to mention that it’s really dark and scary road at that. One of them is really narrow dark that you can’t see thing very well specially the road, it’s surrounded by trees and farm ground which has dogs. I was really scared to go over there so i just took a taxi. Even looking for taxi is troublesome.
