Onsen hotel offering excellent service, superb food and privacy. Service was next to nothing, staff offered Salmon sushi and malt tea at no extra cost as I choosed to skip breakfast to catch up with early bus schedule. The room was very clean and quite spacious. Dinner and breakfast was in Kaiseki style. The food was excellent, particularly the sashimi and the Hida beef (both grilled and sukiyaki).The use of local ingredients added to the uniqueness of the experience. The onsen was not big but cozy. Considering the hotel has about 20 rooms only, it offer very good privacy and I enjoyed the public bath twice alone in my 2 days stay. Rental private bath was a good surprise and worth to try if you are traveling in pair. Location is a bit far from train and bus station up on the top of the hill, but the the pickup service and a nice view of the mountain compensated for that.

Die Station runter, rechts und rechts, durch einen Kanal. Die Lage ist sehr gut! In das Hotel müssen Sie sich umstellen. Dinner, Frühstück reichhaltig, Mitarbeiterservice ist enthusiastisch, nicht nur warme Stadt ❤️

酒店前台不能用英語溝通，僱員不像一些旅遊酒店基本是外勞，這裏都是日本人為主，接待的也是日本週邊城市過來的，附近居民過來衹需要話不到1000日元就可以泡温泉，由於比較晚到酒店，多得攜程幫助，安排好了接車服務，在飛彈萩原站HIDA-HAGIWARA，晚上8點，出站一個人也沒有，看到酒店的專車，真是太感動了，如果沒車接真不敢想如何面對。冰天雪地，又錯過了晚餐，我們問司機能否在途中有便利店停一下車我們採購食品，司機爽快答應，真心感謝這位酒店僱員，唯一吐槽，1.餐食品質一般，幾天基本一致，有點…… 不過不訂餐的話，周邊確實比較荒涼，沒餐廳和便利店. 2.老酒店沒有電梯，大件行李有點費勁！

Everything was excellent, even though the facility is quite old, cleanliness is well maintained.  The staff are helpful and well mannered. The Japanese style food is healthy and delicious .  Most of all the onsen is excellent, makes your skin silky and gentle .

Das Zimmer ist toll! Sehr großzügig, aber vor allem ist es gut, die Wärme zu isolieren! Das Bad und das Bad sind getrennt, das ist sehr gut und der ganze Ort ist sehr großzügig. Die Wäsche ist angeboten, die Korridoren sind mit Mikrowellenschrauben ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel in der Nähe der Bahnhöfe und der Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte.
