Stayed at the resort for a wedding. Wonderful venue!

Property location was a lil bit inside. It was a very beautiful and well maintained property. View was really nice. Restaurant was a bit let down. Taste is not good and many of the food items were not available in the menu.

Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. Beautiful cozy stay with great breakfast and food at the restaurant.

Große Lage, schöne Umgebung, großes Personal. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Empfangsmitarbeiter und Personal je, schön und großartig erste Eindruck des Hotels. Alles über das Hotel war außergewöhnlich. Es war sauber, stilvoll, zimmer mit hervorragender Service, wo wir essen hatten. Essen war gut und großer Wert für Geld und Service war aufmerksam und effizient. Das Zimmer selbst war gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hoffe, dass ich in Zukunft für einen längeren Besuch zurück sein werde.

We got this proprty through the internet. Property located on the old highway and easy to locate. Resort is big but not well maintained. We stayed in their lagoon villas and found it to be average for stay at this price. They have provided only one brush for 3 people which is not acceptable after paying the premium rate. Food quality was average but price was very high plus extra 20% room service. Overall average property.
