Hotels mit Bergblick in Santorini

From before check in to check out our every needs were either anticipated or met when asked. Communication from the staff before our arrival was top notch. Offering us transportation, car rental, and booking excursions. We used their Car Rental suggestion (Auto Center) and had them book our sunset catamaran cruise (Santorini Yachting Club). We even had to change the date of our cruise and they took care of all of that for us. We were early for check in. We were prepared to for our room not to be ready but just wanted to touch base. Upon check in we were welcomed and offered complimentary wine and a little cake while they waited to check on our room. We were offered a tour of the spa facilities and services offered with absolutely no pressure to take part. We didn't get a chance to use them as we were so busy but would definitely do it when we return. Once our room was ready our bags were taken to our room for us and we were personally escorted to our suite and given a an explanation of everything by (Rosemary I think was her name). She gave us excellent recommendations for local and they were excellent. We were given complimentary water shoes upon arrival since the beach is a rocky volcanic beach and we were told that items in the fridge were complimentary and restocked every day. The heated pool with our suite had the option to turn on sauna jets and was the perfect way to unwind after exploring Santorini during the day. The location was perfect for us. Being on the south end of the island it was a 5 (Vlychada) -40 (Oia) minute drive from anything you'd want to see or do. But was was in a quiet spot on Santorini and had plenty of places to feel local. The room keeping staff was incredible. Every evening we had a turn down services that included leaving a small dessert in our room for us and placing floor mats at our beds for us. The shower was a wonderful size and the toiletries were wonderful, especially the body cream. (Culti Milano) We only availed ourselves of breakfast but the staff and food were wonderful. The staff was attentive and felt more like friends or family than a wait staff. They were attentive, prompt and so welcoming. The beach staff and bar tenders were excellent. Upon taking our spot on a beach bed, an attendent immediately met us with a bag of ice and two waters. Our bar tender made a very refreshing drink that we don't recall what it was but we just said, make something with a local feel that you would like to make. This was our first trip to Santorini and our only regret with the Sea Breeze is that we were so busy seeing the island that we didn't spend as much time as we had hoped just remaining on the property and relaxing. The location and staff of this property lends itself to a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We were honestly blown away by the experience.

Es ist toll, den Sonnenuntergang auf der eigenen Terrasse zu beobachten (das Hotel bietet Rotwein an) und das Frühstück im Hotel ist großartig! Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, der Empfang ist geduldig und akribisch, stellt die nahe gelegenen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten vor und hilft bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Mietwagen am nächsten Tag (Touren zum roten Strand, schwarzen Sandstrand, blaue Kirche, Weingut usw.) ., inklusive Mittagessen, direkt zum Bootsanleger ). Die Hotelausstattung ist sehr gut, die kleine Terrasse verfügt über einen kleinen Pool zum Einweichen, eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, einen kleinen Gefrierschrank, Entfeuchtungsgeräte und eine Dusche. Als sie am nächsten Morgen spazieren gingen, kamen sie in ihrem angeschlossenen Hotel an. Die oberste Etage und der Pool im obersten Stockwerk waren sehr schön.

Die heiligen Inseln sind Familienhotelhäuser, keine Stadthotels, die sich jeder vorstellt. Im Vergleich dazu ist dieses Hotel kostengünstiger, mit einer ruhigen Umgebung, einem Swimmingpool und das Essen im Restaurant mit Blick auf die Landschaft draußen ist auch eine Art gemütlich!

Wie bewerte ich am besten unseren Honeymoon-Aufenthalt im HOMERIC POEMS? Wenn ich Santorini beschreibe, dann mache ich das metaphorisch anhand eines Aufzuges, der zwischen Erde und Himmel fährt und plötzlich auf halber Strecke anhält. Diese Zwischenstation ist Santorini mit ihren drei Königinnen Fira, Firostefani und Imerovigli, die über die dramatisch beeindruckende Caldera thronen. Um die Caldera herum krönen Wolken wie aus Zuckerwatte die scharfen und steilen Klippen der Insel, auf denen unzählige weiße Häuser wie Zuckerguß das Relief versüßen. Und das HOMERIC POEMS war für uns eben genau dieser Aufzug. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt auf Santorini wegen der aktuellen Reisesituation erst direkt am Tag der Ankunft auf Thira buchen. Thira, so heißt die größte Hauptinsel von Santorini. Schon bei der online Recherche und der telefonischen Reservierung mit Ilias vom Front Desk des Hotels spürte ich bereits eine wunderbare Energie, die das HOMERIC POEMS ausstrahlt. Dieses angenehme Gefühl setzte sich mit der Freundlichkeit des Shuttle-Fahrers und der herzlichen Begrüßung von Ilias mit seinem Helfer Iosif am Hotel Pick-up direkt fort. Wir näherten uns dann dem Hotel über den schmalen Caldera-Fußweg und konnten schon das erstaunliche Caldera-Panorama direkt über den typisch kyklischen Dächern des HOMERIC POEMS bewundern. Doch was ab dem Moment, als wir durch das kleine hübsche weiße Türchen das Hotelgelände betraten, bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts geschah, glich einem Gedicht, dessen Poesie das Innerste unserer Seele berührt hat. Von der wundervollen Managerin Andromachi über ihren herzlichen Assistenten Stefanos hin zu allen überragenden Mitarbeitern und Helfern aller Front- und Back-Bereiche wurden wir mit der schönsten, ehrlichsten und herzlichsten Gastfreundschaft begrüßt, behandelt und begleitet. Ihre Lächeln schienen endlos und jeder nahm sich unaufdringlich die Zeit sich unserer Wünsche anzunehmen - wenn denn überhaupt noch Wünsche offen waren. Unsere Andromachi-Suite hat uns beim Betreten über unsere eigene Tereasse bereits begeistert. Das homerische Thema zog sich perfekt durch das gesamte Interior-Design und zog uns direkt in seinen lyrischen Bann. Natürliches Licht, helle Farben, natürliche Materialien: Alles hier hatte seinen richtigen Platz und seine poetische Wirkung. Ein großzügiger Loungebereich mit bequemen Sofa und Tisch, ein angebaute rSchreibtisch und ein offener Schrank boten genug Platz für den gemütlichen Rückzug und Stauraum. Das Bad mit der prickelnden Regendusche war sehr geräumig und aufregend aufgebaut. Das Zimmerlicht bot viele Optionen und war bequem vom Bett aus steuerbar. Doch unsere absoluten Highlights waren, dass wir vom Bett aus direkt auf die Caldera schauten und wir jeden morgen zur Wunschzeit unser super leckeres Frühstück auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert bekamen. Liebeskitsch und Romatik pur. Begrüßt und überrascht wurden wir vom Hotel neben der Deluxe Double Suite noch mit einer wundervollen

Dieses Hotel war über das Top-Geschmack. Ich habe diese Reise mit meinen 24 und 21-jährigen Söhnen geplant. Es ist ein erwachsenes Hotel, das ist genau das, was wir wollten. Die Lage (Fira) war perfekt für uns, da es eine sehr einfache Spaziergang zu den Restaurants in Fira war und dann wir eine Nacht nach Oia (die sehr viel und sehr schwer zu finden Parkplatz war). Das Personal war erstaunlich, speziell Faye und Kostas. Die Aussichten sind außergewöhnlich. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in unserem Badezimmer war auf der oberen Seite aufgrund der Heißröhre, aber meine Söhne liebten es. Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen (bestellt am Tag vor) mit dem Personal, das uns durch Knock auf unsere Tür informiert. Was für ein unglaubliches Frühstück verbreitet! Sie konnten keine besseren Ansichten. Das Zimmer war riesig... perfekt für die drei von uns. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel ganz.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at En Plo with Sergio and his family. Sergio made us feel very welcome from the first meeting, and this continued throughout the week we were there. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with staff seen constantly around the rooms and communal areas making sure everything is just right. The hotel consists of 8 suites, ours being very spacious with an area that has a fridge. Breakfast consists of a multitude of items that include tea/coffee/orange juice, Greek Yoghurt, spinach pastries, cakes, and eggs as you like them. Far too much for us to eat on some mornings. Lunch and evening meals are cooked to order, by mum, which again are plentiful and superbly cooked! The hotel is situated in a remote area that overlooks the sea, there aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby, but Oia is just 5-7 minutes around the bay. We took taxi’s, ordered by Sergio, (€20 each way) but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel which goes into Thira or Oia for €2, I am told. We couldn’t fault this hotel, we felt so welcome by Sergio and the families personal service (he even put a bottle of wine (at our request) in our room whilst we were on a trip) we will definitely be returning. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sehr nahe der Ferrabus-Station und am Rande der Wolke ist das Meer im kleinen Garten zu sehen. Es ist auch sehr bequem, von Ferra nach anderen Orten mit dem Bus zu fahren. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch und hilft uns, die Gepäck zu holen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist auch sehr groß, es ist die Art, die Sie selbst wählen und dann morgens ins Zimmer liefern. Es wird stark empfohlen, besonders für Familienreisen.

I could tell this was going to be a magical stay before I had even arrived. Staff were so helpful via email, answering my barrage of questions about local restaurants, arranging spa treatments and even a wine tasting for us. I just wanted to get our first wedding anniversary right and everyone I spoke to was amazing. We arrived at Secret View Hotel straight from another hotel and we’re therefore very early. We were offered a welcome cocktail and relaxed in the bar for an hour or so before a member of staff came over to give us all of the info on the local area. Unfortunately it was cold, grey and windy when we arrived so we decided to get a bite in the restaurant. There was no one else around but the staff were incredibly friendly and it felt like they were a little gutted for us about the weather. When our room was ready, the staff showed us up. We had been upgraded and given a room with a hot tub and the most spectacular view. We were elated! Over the course of our stay the weather got better, but with a hot tub, the wind really didn’t matter. I cannot stress enough how good the staff were throughout, every time we went out they would ask where we were going to eat and offer recommendations based on their personal experiences, the girls made my wife feel great and would always compliment her on her outfit of the day. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt like they wanted to make our anniversary special. Our spa treatments were wonderful, the spa area is relaxing and the facilities were modern and fresh. Breakfasts were also fantastic. The selection was incredible and we woke up every morning looking forward to it. You’re situated a 15 minute walk from Oia and it’s actually quite a pleasant walk. On the day of our actual anniversary, we came back to our room to find the sweetest note from staff as well as a delicious cake made from pancakes, such a lovely touch, we were very moved by the gesture. As we had such a beautiful view and balcony area and we literally overlooked the White Rock Restaurant, I asked if we were able to order room service, but from the main restaurant menu, again, staff were more than happy to help, the 2 girls in the restaurant that evening were so lovely and brought our food to the balcony just in time for the sunset, they didn’t have to do that and was yet another example of the exceptional level of service from the staff. From beginning to end this was a perfect hotel experience. I really hope all of the staff that were part of our stay are made aware just how special we felt. It absolutely made our anniversary a dream! Thank you!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et c'était le paradis, un des plus beaux endroits où nous ayons séjourner!! L'hôtel est juste sublime, à flanc de falaise!! Notre suite Alitana était merveilleuse , très spacieuse, joliment décorée et propre. La vue spectaculaire avec un immense jacuzzi à température idéale en octobre!! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très copieux!! L'accès est un peu raide via des escaliers pentus mais un personnel de l'hôtel vient ns guider et ns aider à porter les valises!! Seul bémol serait que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de WhatsApp... cela serait plus facile pour communiquer sur place. Je recommande à 1000%!! Un bijou à Oia!

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and were rewarded by making the best choice of hotel we'd ever stayed in. This is a first-class experience in every way. The staff, the location, the rooms, the food - all of it. There's nothing for me to say except that we loved our time here and wish we had spent an extra 1-2 days here. The rooms are an experience in themselves, and the views from each of the patios are stunning. Living in a cave for almost a week was amazing. The breakfast, which is included, was wholesome and decedent, and they were generous with the menu. It was also very quiet since this particular hotel was off the beaten path a bit, so get ready to get your steps in (the staff helps with your bags, don't worry). Everything is walkable (you can walk to the center of Oia's ”downtown” in about 12 minutes). The poolside chairs and cabanas are perfectly located, with stunning views. My wife also had rave reviews for the spa. The hotel also set up travel to and from the port and the airport. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the tasting menu was amazing. The chef and staff accommodated our specific dietary restrictions, as well. Bottom line: If you're deciding between Katikies Kirini and another hotel, choose Katikies Kirini. This might likely be the best hotel you ever stay in.
