The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The evening front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The morning staff, not so much. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good except for the grits! My biggest complaint was our neighbors! They had a toddler that would not stop screaming and this happened at 9:30 at night. This was not the hotel's fault (except for thin walls?). Overall, we were pleased with the hotel.

We absolutely love this hotel & have stayed here anytime we come to Charleston. It’s nice because it’s away from the craziness of downtown and gives off resort vibes. The staff is wonderful. Tonya Williams at the front desk is always so helpful. She goes above & beyond to make sure her guests are completely satisfied & happy. Hotel Indigo is lucky to have her.

I've been making annual trips to Charleston for a decade, and this hotel is always part of my plans. It has an ideal location in Mount Pleasant, just over the bridge from downtown, and in fact there's a stairwell that goes directly from the property onto the bridge walkway. It's also been consistently clean and comfortable. My stay was in room #317, which is one of their larger two-queen suites with living area and two TVs. The suite has a sectional-style sofa, which is ideal if meeting people while in town. The bathtub is nice and wide, and the trash cans are of a good size - the seemingly minor things that can still make a stay more enjoyable. I had no issues at all during my stay. One minor note - there's no freezer section for the in-room fridge, so plan accordingly. This hotel has always had one of the better hotel breakfasts, and that hasn't changed. Nor has the breakfast lady, who's been working here since I began my yearly trips and who rememebers me from all my past visits. The staff all around is friendly and helpful, in fact. The Comfort Inn & Suites Patriots Point has always been a clean and reliable hotel to stay at for my yearly trips to the Charleston area. Thankfully, that hasn't changed, and it will continue to serve a key role for my future visits to the city.

Hat eine wunderbare Zeit, blieb am Hafen Marina, für die meisten war alles ausgezeichnet. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht aufgefrischt und musste den Vordertisch zu verlangen, um sicherzustellen, es war gemacht, auch ein Puddle in Zimmer aus AC, aber einmal berichtet, es war sofort repariert. Das Fischhaus nur unglaublich, $1 Oysters am Dienstag! Die Scallops und risotto aus dieser Welt und Maisbrot in einer Skill Beste, die ich je hatte! Und liebte Johnny bei der Bridge Bar, super freundlich, schön, lustig und großartig Service. Große Getränke und nur eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ein Vorschlag wäre schön, 1 frühe Zeit täglich für Shuttle ohne Shuttle bis 2pm jeden Tag musste Wassertaxi jeden Tag nehmen, nur ein Gedanke! Kann nicht warten, um zurück zu kommen und im Strandclub zu bleiben!

Since about 2000, prices have exploded in downtown Charleston, I was really amazed and learned that this is predominantly caused by the automobile industries and one of the big aircraft constructors. Mt Pleasant is a good alternative if you have your own car that is, because this is quite a long way out of town. There are multiple parking lots in Charleston, so you can manage that. Would consider this place again, although nothing special. Some of the rooms have connecting doors, so can be quite noisy.

Wir hatten einen Kaffeeservice in unserem Zimmer. Wir haben es einen Morgen benutzt und zwei schmutzige Kaffeebecher im Badezimmer verlassen. Als wir am Abend wieder zurückkehrten, waren die schmutzigen Tassen noch im Badezimmer unrein. Zusätzlich schien der Bad-Zähler nicht durch Hauspflege gereinigt zu sein. Als ich Beschwerden der Geschäftsleitung entschuldigt und uns am nächsten Morgen ein komplimentäres Frühstück angeboten. Wir verließen die schmutzigen Kaffeebecher im Badezimmer und verwendeten die Papierbecher, die auch für unseren Kaffee am nächsten Morgen bereitgestellt wurden. Als wir am Abend zurückkehrten, war ich verärgert, die schmutzigen Kaffeebecher noch im Badezimmer zu finden. Zwei Tage lang konnten die Tassen nicht gereinigt werden. Sie haben auch die Kaffeelieferungen nicht ausgefüllt. Das Hotel war wunderschön, aber die Hauspflege war schrecklich.

Hotelzimmer war sauber, relativ leise Klimaanlage, Frühstück typisch amerikanisch inkl. Rührei und Würstel. Großer Parkplatz. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar (Downtown Charleston, Flugzeugträger, Boone Plantation). Geschäfte in der Nähe. Bei einem mehrtätigen Aufenthalt wird das Zimmer nicht gemacht (offizieller Grund: Corona).

We arrived early (hours before check-in) at our hotel. Front desk employee Khadijah was our friendly contact who helped to check us in and place our luggage behind the desk while we awaited our room. She suggested local areas we can review via walking which included the pier. When we returned from our walking excursion, Khadijah asked if we were ok with a top floor and completed our room checking-in. We asked for additional bath towels and she was able to provide them immediately. It was less than ideal to walk in the hallway towards our room to see dirty linens in the hallway for multiple rooms. We had 2 queen beds with extra space which was helpful for our suitcases. Everything in our room was clean and refreshed. When walking throughout the hotel, the staff was always friendly and accommodating.
