Wasn't expecting much for $120 for the night, was given room 19,open the door and wow the King bed or super king bed was very firm, had lovely expensive white linen, lovely pillows, lovely top cover, lovely padded headboard, nicely designed table lamps, the air con worked well, the tv worked well, the fridge/freezer had a proper freezer seperate door, tea coffee, shower worked well, older looking bathroom everything worked well, bath towels need replacing as starting to break down and outside door the two steps needed a new safety ***** to be added as i tripped on it, i spoke and showed management this safety issue to put it right straight away...didn't eat at restaurant, got kfc instead.

Wieder einmal genossen mein Aufenthalt im IBIS. Angela und das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Restaurant, das wiedergepflückt wurde, hat eine gute Atmosphäre.. Das Essen, das ich dort hatte, war auch ausgezeichnet. Ich hätte gern Frühstück im Restaurant verfügbar, aber das war nicht verfügbar. Ich habe auch die späte checkout geschätzt, da mein Flug nicht bis spät nachmittag verlassen wurde.

Dieser Ort ist wunderbar! Ich LOVE, dass mein Türschlüssel ein Code war! Da ich jemand bin, der ein faires Stück Reisen mit meinem Job macht, war das ein Genie, weil ich ständig meine Selbst aus meinem Zimmer verriegeln oder versehentlich mit dem Zimmerschlüssel die Stadt verlassen. Die Waschbecken waren sehr nützlich, das Zimmer war schön und das Bett war sehr komfortabel! Sicherlich wert 5 Sterne!!!

雖然房間有些老，窗帘有些損壞，但是整體氛圍非常好，畢竟快一百年的老式酒店，英倫風情，非常喜歡，早餐非常好！建議選帶早餐的房間。下次來還會住！

Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.
