Auch wenn Interstate 45 ist laut. Express Inn ist ein ruhiges, aus der Familie geleitetes Hotel, das wegen des Roten Dachs direkt neben ihm übersehen wurde. Ich habe hier zweieinhalb Wochen verblieben und das einzige, was sie nicht haben, ist Frühstück am Morgen. Starbucks neben der Tür kompliziert es schön. Ich hatte keine Probleme mit irgendeinem der Familie oder Arbeiter. Ich würde diesen Ort an jeden Besucher empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt nie irgendwelche Probleme oder Probleme in oder um den Ort. Vielen Dank für Ihren Service.

Bequeme Lage. Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer. Komfortable Bett. AC funktioniert groß, aber laut, wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafer sind. Fotos im Hotel Sehr Mißbräuchlich. Sie müssen aufgenommen worden sein, wenn sie geöffnet wurden, weil vieles nicht so ist jetzt. Zimmerbilder sind ziemlich genau, aber Möbel haben bessere Tage gesehen. Bild des Frühstücks ist nicht, was Sie überhaupt erhalten. Bild sagt: ”Gesortiertes Getreide, Obst, Milch, Frühstückssandwiche und Pandecken, Muffins, Gesortiertes Saft und Kaffee. Sieht schön aus. NICHT GÜTTEN!! Was wir haben war Oa**eal, Getreide, Milch, Saft, Kaffee, Cup von Nüssen, weißes Brot und Butter, aber keine Gelee, einen Honigbun, und kleine Snackbeutel PF Schokolade Chip-Küchen. Slush Maschine ”aus der Reihenfolge”. Ice-Maschine funktioniert nicht. Soooo enttäuscht, da unser Aufenthalt für 6 Tage war.

Das ist ein nicht frill Budget Hotel, das ist außergewöhnlich und nicht wie jedes andere Budget Hotel, das ich geblieben habe. Germanfest war in der Stadt und die Hotelpreise waren hoch für letzte Minute Unterkunft. Es gibt 2 Stockwerke und kein Aufzug, etwas zu beachten, wenn Sie einen Rollstuhl haben Sie benötigen, um niedriger Ebene zu beantragen. Die Betten waren super komfortable schön weiche saubere Linen, die keinen Geruch von Bleich.. Das ganze Hotel ist unermüdlich CLEAN. Die Dusche, duschen Toiletten alle neuen Blick, Es ist kein frill Frühstück mit sauberen Tische und Stühle nur Kaffee, keine Teebeutel. Ein freundlicher Gentleman, uns ins Haus zu prüfen. Und freundlicher Hausmeister sahen wir beim Abreisen. Es ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir hörten keine geräuschlichen Gäste, und die Parkplätze waren voll. ,

Also... Ich denke nicht wirklich zweimal, wenn ich ein Hotel anreise, aber heute musste ich merken, dass Andrea sie effizient aufmerksam war, aber wichtigerweise effizient. Sie ging aus ihrem Weg, um meinen Tag umzukehren. Danke Andrea für den großen Tipp und die Erkenntnisse auf unserem Weg zu sparen auf einem leckeren Mittagessen in einer nahe gelegenen Ort! Mit meinen Ersparnissen nicht einmal einschließlich meiner Lesepreisrabatte habe ich gerade eine andere Nacht buch dank rotes Dach gemacht!

LLinlinDie Geräte sind sehr neu, die Hygiene ist sehr gut, nahe dem Hochgeschwindigkeits- und ein wenig hoher Lärm, aber das Zimmer ist gut isoliert. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr klein und schläft gut. Es ist relativ komfortabel im Autohotel. Die Lage ist sehr bequem. Nicht weit von China City und Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt kein Speisekarton. Das Design des Whirlpools ist ein wenig problematisch, transparent und mit Spiegeln im Bett. Besonders gepflegt und fragte die Rezeption, um ein Bett zu nehmen. Das Frühstück ist nicht Frühstück, frage die Rezeption, kein Frühstück, ist die Tasche mit Sachen und Früchten für den Kunden. Dieser Preis ist höher als der rechnerische Preis.

IIsmatFür diesen Preis war perfekt, aber Mädchen in der Rezeption ist sehr gemein und weiß nicht, wie man mit den Kunden sprechen. Auch sie öffnete mein Zimmer ohne die Tür zu klopfen.

TTracy MorganIch habe einen Aufenthalt am falschen Termin planen. Der Manager kostete mir $5. Nicht ein großer Rabatt, aber jedes Stück hilft. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, obwohl es einen starken weißen Geruch hatte. Viele Auftragnehmer und ihre Familien im Hotel bleiben und außerhalb unserer Tür reden bis spätestens um 18.00 Uhr.

GGuest UserTwo words to sum up: RUN and HORRIBLE! I really don't even know where to start from. We booked this hotel at almost $80 a night but it was not worth even a penny. We pulled in late at night and there was a group of suspicious people right in front of the office. In fact there were a lot of shady people pretty much all around the property. I still held into my nerves and start looking for the office. Office was dark and the door was locked. One suspicious lady even told me to leave and that office is closed at night. I knew her information was not accurate and start looking for any signs for after hours check in. There was a small note on the front door to check in with the side window if the door is locked. I went to the side window and it was shut, locked and dark. There was a ringer outside on a broken dented wall and was not working. Of course by this time I had a lot of attention from unwanted people just hanging and walking within the property. I knocked on the window for sometime before finally somebody turned the lights on from inside and open the window. My room was on the third floor and with small kids and bags it was a huge hassle to take stairs. I was told that elevator was not working and when I looked at the elevator I knew why. It looked like somebody blew it up as it was literally ripped apart. The whole hotel was dirty and filthy as there were trash everywhere and all over. We went to our room and it was barely livable. Walls had dent, hole, and water leak markings. Refrigerator was dirty as hell and the floor was sticky as honey. Stove and its knobs were all broken and I was so afraid to even touch it to avoid any possible gas leak disaster. Restroom was extremely small and literally had a kid size broken sink. Bathroom was small and only had a one small soap. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Only two towels were provided for the entire family size room. Both towels had stains and were dirty. Air condition worked but was loud and noisy. I went downstairs to get more towels and after a lot of question and answer I was given some and even those had holes and stains! Of course they had no return/refund policy regardless of the reason so moving out after paying a hefty price was not an option for me. My entire stay was very uncomfortable and I didn't feel safe at all. Thank god that nothing happened to me or my car and I got out in 1 piece. This hotel needs a complete renovation from bottom up. First and foremost, security needs to be tightened up and they need to get rid of suspicious people. Wish I can give zero star!

GGuest UserThe first night we found the ice machines did not work, there were no ice cube trays, no hangars, no hanger rail, eight (8) stations that worked on the TV (7 others froze when you tried to watch them), German bugs crawling on the floor, the stove and the walls, no garbage bin, and, worst of all, the freezer did not even work and the fridge was keeping items only lukewarm after we purchased over $100.00 of food at Walmart. The filter on the faucet in the sink was broken so each time we turned it on, it sprayed water all over the vanity. We mentioned all of this to the Staff. We would have left had it not been for HARRY, who was a gentleman throughout our stay in every way he could. The problem was that he was only on duty a couple of nights a week and we were there for 14 days. The next morning we met HAPPY, the manager, who assured us our problems we be addressed starting with the refrigerator. In fact, it took 3 days to replace the refrigerator and by then much of our food was spoiled. However, the new refrigerator and freezer did work perfectly thereafter. For the refrigerator, we have to thank DEERAY, another gentleman who helped in every way he could, including repairing one of the ice machines, except it took until the day before we left for that to occur. When we received a garbage bin, it was filthy and it smelled. LILI assured us she would replace one morning. But we returned that night to find that the old one was still sitting inside the main door. I told her again the next day that she had never replaced it and she assured me, as she took the dirty bin with her, she would have it cleaned and replaced in the room,. In fact, we returned that night to find we had no garbage bin at all! We discovered her the next morning (#3) and she claimed she had no access to our room-though she works there and we later learned that was not true. But she at least finally returned it on the spot, clean, so we finally had a workable garbage bin for the first time in almost a week. When I arrived at the front desk on another day in December, I asked for fresh towels and provided the old ones. (No one ever knocked on our door for room service the entire time we were there so we simply had to help ourselves.) The girls at the desk told us to simply go to the laundry room with the dirty towels and replace them ourselves. When I did so, I find a short, older Mexican lady who let me walk past her as she was on a personal phone call (she spoke only Spanish) and, after I returned the towels and finally found some replacements and was leaving with them, she began screaming her head off in Spanish that I could not take the towels. I explained to her that the girls at the desk had directed me to replace the towels myself, and then she let me take them, adding that I was never to enter the linen room again.
