The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

Sie sagen nichts ist perfekt, aber dieses Hotel ist geschlossen! Wir haben einen freundlichen Grüße beim Eintritt in die Lobby erhalten, der Eincheckprozess war hart, und obwohl sie nicht die nebenzimmern hatten, sorgten sie dafür, dass das zweite Zimmer nur Fuß entfernt war. Sie erlaubten uns, etwas früh in ein Zimmer zu Check-in einzustellen und innerhalb von 30 Minuten angerufen, um uns zu informieren, dass das zweite Zimmer bereit war. Sie lieferten auch die Kochtaschen, damit wir warme Mahlzeiten für unsere Familien machen können. Alle wir uns getroffen hatten, waren sehr günstig vom Frühstückspersonal bis zur Hauspflege. Warm Frühstück war ein Plus. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Eismaschine auf unserem Stock nicht betrieben war, so dass wir nach unten nach dem ersten Stock fahren mussten, um Eis zu holen.  Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern, groß und sicherlich eine Familie von 5 (2 Zimmer für insgesamt 10 Gäste). Viele Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, aber nichts, das die gleiche Straße wie das Hotel teilt, obwohl es eine McDonald’s über die Autobahn innerhalb einer Gasstation gibt. Ich glaube nicht, umgeben von Speisen, die zum Ein- und Ausfahren des Parkplatzes geholfen haben. Absoluter Konsens ist, wir werden bald wieder zurück!

Sehr gutes Hotel, sauber, komplette Einrichtungen, Preis ist auch gut, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, mehrere Einkaufszentren und sehr bequem. Das einzige ist die Parkgebühr 50 Dollar teurer. Einrichtungen: OK Gesundheit: Gut Umwelt: Gut Service: OK

Perfect place ro stay without the upcharges of parking. Very qick location to downtown and other areas

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

Die Umgebung ist gut, das Servicepersonal ist begeistert und im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Fitnessraum. Leider wusste ich nicht, wann ich ging. Es gibt keine Einkaufszentren in der Nähe, aber Einkaufszentren wie die Galleria sind nicht weit entfernt

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber es gab eine Lähmung und das WiFi war sehr schwach in rm 109 die junge Dame in der Pflicht war Sehr hilfreich und schön.

We I got to my room the smell was so strong, the streets were stained. The were roachs not as many as my last visit shower curtain was dirty. But the service clerk was very professional and nice.
