Motels in Suwon

The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

Location was difficult to find, up on a slope away from main street. There was no window in the room. Though room was small and neat but had everything we need like washing machine and microwave oven.

Es ist etwa 10 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Suwon City Hall entfernt. Es ist praktisch, weil es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs liegt, aber es liegt in einer Gegend, die sich wie ein Ausgehviertel anfühlt, sodass es nachts ziemlich lebhaft wird und ich ehrlich gesagt nicht sagen würde, dass die Gegend sehr sicher ist. Morgens herrscht überhaupt keine Atmosphäre und es ist still! Das Hotel war jedoch sehr sauber und schien neu zu sein! Motel? Wenn man aber nur übernachtet, stört es mich überhaupt nicht und ich finde das Zimmer für diese Preisklasse sogar sehr gut! Sie können Netflix und YouTube auf dem Fernseher ansehen! Es gab zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten und auf jeder Etage gab es Selbstbedienungsecken mit Mikrowellen, Instantgetränken und mehr! Auch die Fußbodenheizung war effektiv und sehr komfortabel!

Ich habe dieses Hotel für meinen Sohn und seine Freundin gebucht. Ihnen hat alles gefallen, besonders das Popcorn in der Lobby. Das Fenster im Zimmer war geschlossen und aufgrund des fehlenden Sonnenlichts war es schwierig zu erkennen, ob es Tag oder Nacht war (insbesondere nach einem langen Flug aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung). Als sie das Fenster öffnen konnten, war alles super! Der Check-in im Hotel ist ab 17:00 Uhr, der Check-in erfolgte jedoch gleich bei der Ankunft um 12:00 Uhr.

Bitte beachten Sie vorab Der Fernseher ist zwar richtig groß, hat aber keine Netflix-Einstellung, sodass ich den Computer neben mir einschalten muss (er verbindet sich automatisch) und jedes Mal aufstehen muss, um ihn mit der Maus zu steuern. Es gibt viele Mücken (es gab einen Hausmeister)

I arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price. Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

The lady is very nice, unfortunately I think she has a hoarding problem. There are a lot of random items around the entrance. If they cleaned up and threw away many of the items it would be more inviting to guests. The room itself is hygienic and has a washing machine which is great as very few motels at this price range have a washing machine. Laundry detergent is even included in the room too! Very nice.

The guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.

Wow, das war wirklich schlecht. Es riecht von Rauch und war überhaupt nicht sauber. Ich musste Bleich verwenden, um das ganze Badezimmer aufgrund seltsamer trockener Stoffe auf der Wand zu reinigen. Das umliegende Hotelgebiet ist schrecklich mit Erbrechen von Trinken überall auf der Decke und als Sie in den Eingang des Hotels gehen. Es ist scheu. Das allein verhindert, dass Sie sogar ins Haus gehen.

Pros: 5stars for the convenience~~~ Being so close to the KTX station made my commute so easy, and you'll never run out of dining options nearby~~ Cons: 4 stars, for there is no elevator here. :’) If you’re traveling with large suitcases, be ready for some heavy lifting. 💪🏻 The room is a bit cramped. Also, you might want to bring your own toiletries or ask the front desk directly for refills, as they weren't topped up during my visit. :’) Still a good value for the price and location.^^
