Tout d’abord,la propreté laisse très clairement à désirer. Les draps sont tachés et ne sont pas changés, ils sont si fin que nous étions frigorifié en pleine nuit, la douche était sale, aucune fenêtre et aucune luminosité dans la chambre. Ensuite les repas étaient mauvais, toujours les mêmes sauces de pâtes en une semaine, nous avons reçu un tiramisu à l’ananas qui était immangeable et qui n’est pas sensé exister et les repas étaient servis trop vite, aucune possibilité de temps de digestion.Chien envahissant durant les repas. Mais le personnel était accueillant.

Hotel pésimo no recomendable para nada habitación con la ducha rota comida de la cena incomible y personal super desagradable si no quieres tener una vacaciones horribles no vayas a este hotel como se puede servir la comida con pelos y que un grupo de 50 personas se vayan sin cenar porque es imposible comer lo que han puesto

Colazione al Cavallotti, discreta, buoni due croissant che ti fanno avere, il succo di ananas ananas, il sig.walter mi ha offerto più volte il caffè espresso per colazione {ma io ne prendo solo uno dopo pranzo}
Fanno anche mezza pensione e pensione completa

Ottime le persiane che si possono aprire parzialmente per far entrare un po' d'aria senza che ti vedano all'esterno
Da questo lato non ci sono stanze col balcone a differenza della sede
Bagno in stanza molto puliti, ne sono la prova le mie ciabatte nuove che non si sono sporcate

ogni volta che visitiamo Lucca e altre citta' ci fermiamo all'hotel Cavallotti e Giotto, confortevole e Valter e la sua famiglia sono sempre gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, la piscina riscaldata con idrommassaggi è il top...ci torneremo di sicuro

Trattasi di un hotel 3 stelle, ben strutturato ed accogliente. Esso è composto da una sala d'ingresso dove si trova la Reception con TV e divani e poltrone da un lato e, dall'altro, con Bar e saletta giochi. Al piano rialzato vi è il ristorante, bene arredato. In esso si possono gustare buone pietanze locali e non. Le stanze sono abbastanza luminose e pulite, anche se gli infissi sono privi di persiane. Si consiglia a tutti coloro che devono fare le cure termali e vogliono trascorrere un periodo di riposo. Ottima l'accoglienza. L'albergo è gestito a livello familiare, con grazia e gentilezza.

Siamo stati una notte soltanto io e tre amici ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camere pulite con doccia e condizionatore, colazione abbondante e soprattutto sia padre che figlio molto gentili e disponibili!

La gentilezza di tutto il personale è il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura. Cucina abbondante e di qualità, massima attenzione alle necessità dei clienti. Non ho provato personalmente la SPA ma ho avuto un ottimo riscontro dalle persone presenti durante il soggiorno. La struttura è a 2 minuti a piedi dalla via principale e della Terme di Montecatini. Hotel consigliato!!!!
