The hotel is very clean and the people at the front desk are very nice they did a great job on getting me to my room . The rooms and hallway were very clean and the staff was very nice The only problem I had was the continental breakfast on the top floor They only have a little bit of fruit and stuff to serve nothing hot And they had no help only one girl chatting with somebody in the back room did not come out and serve anybody so do not get the continental breakfast it's a waste of money otherwise the hotel was great 👌

Die Führung hier verdient die niedrigste mögliche Rating. Ich bin am 5. Juli für einen 4-Nacht- Aufenthalt mit meiner Tochter und dem behinderten Sohn hier angekommen. Er benötigt einen Rollstuhl für die ambulante Beförderung. Meine Reservierung wurde gut im Voraus gemacht. Wir besuchten die Familie in der Gegend und sahen die Zeit des Außenpools aus. Als ich ankam, war an der Einfahrt ein Mann, der ich angenommen würde helfen mit Gepäck. Er verschwand ins Gebäude. Meine Tochter und ich halfen meinem Sohn in seinen Rollstuhl. Der Rollstuhl war im Laden und wir mussten das Gepäck entfernen, um es herauszuholen. Wir machten zwei Reisen in die Lobby, die zum Registrierungstisch kamen. Es war warm im Lobby und jetzt sahen die Fans auf dem Büro. Ich fragte mich, was passiert ist. Wir wurden dann gesagt, dass die Ak war und war für drei Tage. Ich sagte ihnen, ich konnte nicht hier bleiben. Sie boten mir, meine Reservierung zu stornieren und gab mir ein Papier mit zwei Hotels aufgelistet. Einer nicht ein Hilton und in Elizabeth. Die andere in Parsippany bei einer Embassy Suites ist jetzt eine Hilton-Marke. Ich bat sie, anzurufen und zu sehen, ob es ein behindertes Zimmer gibt. Vieles davon hätte man mit einer ordnungsgemäßen Verwaltung vermieden werden können.Die schönen Short Hills Hilton, wo ich vor einigen Jahren geblieben und essen war, ist nicht die gleiche. Hilton Sie sind nicht gut durch diese Anlage vertreten.

My wife and I stay at this hotel after every Jets game. The staff are very friendly & accommodating especially Nimita. As the title states this is our home away from home and we are treated like family.
