Absolutely pristine apar**ent with very comfortable beds, great shower and well equipped kitchen in fantastic location. In the old town area right near Cathedral, fruit and groceries. Very helpful staff and excellent wifi. No washing machine but handy washing line, and in room safe.

Accommodation, communication, cleanliness, comfort all impeccable - all modern commodities and tastefully decorated.
It's more of a mini-apar**ent than a hotel room and way exceeded our expectations.
We will definitely be back!
The only criticisms I have are that we were not informed that there was no direct access by car to the hotel because they are currently resurfacing the street and that they only provided x1 keycard for the room and were told no when we asked for a 2nd card.

The host Francesco is really friendly and always available for any question. He helped us a lot during our stay. We booked the airport shuttle service. That also worked fluently. You can always count on Francesco. Monreale is a small village near Palermo with a lot of charme - I would recommend a car. The hotel room is nice and clean. The sound system is definitely worth of a mention. We started our days with the free Espresso. The capsules for the Espresso machine were refilled every day. Overall I would recommend a stay at Palazzo al Carmine!

What a wonderful stay ! Our host Francesco was friendly, organized , informative and answered my requests immediately. The apar**ent is absolutely fantastic: High-end top quality amenities , practical layout. The neighbours are friendly and even told us where in town we could do our covid test (required to travel back to our country.) Monreale has THE most beautiful cathedral I have ever seen in my life…and probably will ever see!

Sinceramente tutto splendido. La camera con il terrazzo bella, pulitissima e ben arredata. Ci abbiamo passato 2 notti e ne è valsa la pena. Il proprietario contattato telefonicamente è stato gentilissimo. Sicuramente da consigliare.

La casa dispone di tutti i comfort necessari. Ben divisa, elegante, pulita e ben arredata. Servizi igienici impeccabili, e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Check-in/out automatico molto comodo e personale molto disponibile e gentile. Posizione ottima a pochi metri dal Duomo. Consigliatissimo

Ottima struttura molto accogliente e pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario e lo staff sono stati molto cordiali e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra.. Il mio appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort frigo bar, cassaforte, un ampia doccia con cromo terapia e di un ampio terrazzìno. La struttura si trova in pieno centro a due passi dal duomo di Monreale quindi visitabile tutto a piedi. . Speriamo di tornarci presto . Lo consiglio vivamente ☺️

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questa struttura dotata davvero di tutti i confort! abbiamo optato per l’appartamentino, una vera chicca! Cucina, salottino, camera da letto ,bagno con cromoterapia, cassaforte, filodiffusione… non mancava proprio nulla! nuovissimo, silenzioso, centralissimo (in 3 minuti a piedi arrivi nella magnifica Cattedrale), ed il tutto arricchito dalla pulizia ******ale e continue attenzioni dei gestori! Ritorneremo senza dubbio! SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!! 😊

Scappati la sera da un B&B di Monreale troviamo rapidamente posto in questa bellissima struttura nell'omonimo centro..Francesco..nonostante l'ora gentile e disponibile e prodigo di consigli. Stanze e bagno molto spaziosi e moderni arredati con gusto..angolo cottura..tavolo per 4..filo diffusione..wi-fi..clima a scomparsa differenziato per area..doccia cromoterapica..una chicca..ovviamente non essendo un B&B la colazione non è compresa ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è notevole. Complimenti
