Hotel com boa estrutura, com piscinas internas para se aproveitar em dias de chuva. Vale a pena para passar alguns dias com a família.

Fui com a minha namorada, gostamos bastante da experiência, definitivamente voltaremos a repetir.

Spa é uma " miragem" ... Água fria e com falta de manutenção, circuito avariado em toda as suas capacidades. Pequeno almoço fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Preço qualidade abaixo da qualidade exigida a um hotel spa.

Buscábamos un sitio tranquilo, con piscina y fuera de zona turística. Este hotel lo es. Muy buenas piscinas, los tratamientos del SPA y la comida (no espectacular pero aceptable). Lo único que echamos de menos era un poco de música ambiental en las zonas de esparcimiento. Vamos a volver seguro.

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen in wunderschöner Landschaft, ohne Mietwagen macht es sicher keinen Sinn. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber in allen Bereichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Variation vertragen, das Abendessen war qualitativ sehr hochwertig, da wir 7 Tage vor Ort waren, fehlte es allerdings am Ende auch etwas an Variation. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig, die Swimming Pools sind sehr sauber und umfangreich. Am Abend kann man gemütlich in der Bar sitzen. Die Wellnessangebote haben wir nicht genutzt.

Wir waren 3 Tage in diesem Hotel und die Lage und der Blick sind phantastisch. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Was fehlt ist eine Ablage für den Koffer und eine Decke für das Bett. Es gab nur den dünnen Bezug.

We spent a night here during a cycle tour. The location of the hotel and its surroundings create a feeling of space and being close to nature. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the view from the balcony across woodland looks and feels very relaxing. The hotel is modern and cleverly designed, often giving the impression that you are one of a small number of guests before it becomes clear at breakfast that there are many more visitors than you had imagined. I’d like to make particular mention of the staff who looked after us superbly at dinner.

Hotel looks great and modern but don't know what is going on. Wondered if they had 'P & O'd' all their staff because things were not working as regards service. Service at dinner was confused, food not good (how you can have orange sponge taste of nothing is incredible) and bar staff not trained. Agree title of a previous review 'more style than substance".

I stayed for 3 nights with a walking group. The setting of the hotel is attractive but the nearby town of Mondim de Basto is lacking in excitement - and good restaurants! The vibe is young and modern. My room was acceptable in an MDF way. The small terrace overlooked the roof of another building so not great and there was plenty of noise from the family in the room next door. Breakfast was OK but the restaurant was nothing like big enough for the size of the hotel, with exceptionally slow service and restaurants in Mondim were not a great option. The grounds were a nice place to sunbathe (pool was too cold for me to get in although some people did) but was plagued by flies.

Uma equipa de profissionais excelente desde ao spa , recepção, Restaurante et limpeza. Hôtel muito bonito e moderno com uma paisagem deslumbrante. As piscinas do spa são muito boas sem falar das piscinas exteriores que são lindíssimas… muito bom pequeno-almoço et jantar no restaurante…Recomendo a 200%

Tudo muito bom um paraíso em Mondim de basto, boas piscinas, ginásio, spa 5 estrelas. Muita limpeza tanto dentro como fora do hotel , com bons acessos e sossego absoluto. Um hotel a ter em conta para um descanso da confusão da cidade. Um dos melhores da região

Adorei tudo! Desde a localização às refeições. Quarto limpo. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. As muitas ofertas de atividades como as várias piscinas e o ginásio. Prometo voltar! Recomendo a todos. Foi um aniversário fantástico.
