Rina and the staff were great. They were always nice and helpful. Melanie the housekeeper was always greeting people with a smile and if you needed help all the staff had radios to contact each other to help. I was impressed by how well they got the place working and cleaned after the last very big typhoon, the place looked like it never was hit! Finally as an added touch, having my clothes washed and dried smelling really good was perfect.

The resort is really beautiful, the bamboo style buildings etc.. such a nice vibe! There isn’t much around, we only stayed for a night and it was Ok. I recommend it!

My stay at the Alta resort was quiet and peacefull I am an international pro Golfer.and was on tour During that time. Xx

Terrible place to stay no Tv cable coverage weeks signal at best for local tv . Limited food option mostly out of stock the food that we were served was average at best. Meant to have a bar but was closed only opens if they have lots of booking only serving beer . not family friendly at all people smoking and drinking in Pool area with glass very un safe .rooms no hot water lack of water pressure very hard to shower , work return not work paying for best room and getting crap. stay trying their best grounds and garden kept clean and tidy house keeping average at best .
