Herrliche Lage. Ein etwas veraltetes 4-Sterne-Hotel. Eine schöne Renovierung würde es in Bezug auf Lage und Service einzigartig machen. Größere Flexibilität gegenüber den Gästen wäre wünschenswert, kleine Details wie das Frühstück, das oft nicht inbegriffen ist, aber für einen Geschäftskunden, der jeden Monat über Nacht bleibt, in Betracht gezogen werden könnte ... kleine Details, die die Struktur attraktiver machen würden. Sie können nicht allein von Tourismus oder Einkommen leben. Die Jungs vom Schwimmbad waren sehr gut. Herr Maurizio an der Rezeption war tadellos und professionell.

We asked our agent to book this hotel based on the pictures online and its amenities. When we arrived, there was a gate across the parking lot entrance. We had to find a way to get into the lot through another smaller gate that was luckily unlocked. The outward appearance of the hotel was horrible. Weeds overgrown, no cars in the lot, all doors locked, and it looked like windows were broken. We managed to find an unlocked door so we could go in. No one in the lobby, plastic on all the furniture and tape on all the glass. The place looked condemned. Hearing voices from above me, I followed them upstairs where I found a lady who told me they were closed (via google translate) and they did not have a room for me. After voicing my concern for several minutes and pleading with her because we had nowhere else to go, she finally walked us back outside and down the street to a small building that looked like a 2-story house. They showed us to a room inside that was nothing like what we expected. No hotel amenities, no view of the sea, etc.. Not at all what we expected or paid for. The room also had an odor. I called the manager to explain that we were leaving due to the bait-and-switch that we felt had happened and they immediately stated they would not do anything about it. This all occurred in early June of 2022 and we are still trying to get any response from them in hopes they will refund us. I even offered to pay for one night if they would refund the other 2. No response. So, I have no choice but to pursue this hotel through other means and write this review. This was a very disappointing situation and even more disappointing response from the hotel. The hotel was closed, and they knew it was closed and they never contacted us ahead of time so we could deal with it. They waited for us to arrive, stuck us in a small building in a stinky room and hoped we would just deal with it. This was horrible and I will tell the story as many times as I can if it prevents others from being put through a similar bait-and-switch by this hotel. I had no choice but to find another hotel while my wife was crying over the situation and then get a taxi to transport us to the new hotel. And I never asked for anything but a 2-night refund for my 3-night reservation that we were not able to enjoy.

In drei Familien haben wir 2 Nächte und 4 Zimmer “al Baglio” reserviert. Die Festung und die Brücke vom 2. Juni haben wir zwischen Mondello und Palermo verbracht. Die Lage des b&b ist einfach perfekt! Nur 1 Minute von den Menschen oder vom Freistrand und vom Meer entfernt. Alles, was Sie suchen, ist nur wenige Dutzende Meter entfernt. Wenn Sie dann Palermo besuchen möchten, können Sie es auch mit dem Bus für wenige Euro und die Haltestelle ist 200 Meter entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber, alles funktionieren und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu erleichtern: aus der kleinen Ecke Bar, Kühlschrank, Haartrockner... usw. Das Frühstück kann man bequem von 08:00 bis 10:00: Sie finden, was Sie wollen!!!! Gentlemen, freundlich und freundlich machen das ”Baglio” der perfekte Ort, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen!!!

Das Team von der Rezeption, über die Kellnerinnen bis zur Reinigung und dem Hausmeister sind alle total herzlich, stets hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und doch nah genug an Pslermo, um die Stadt zu genießen. Erholung ist damit garantiert:)

Ich denke, es ist einer der besten B&B von Mundello, großes Badezimmer geräumige Dusche das ganz neue Top mit einer Terrasse von Relevanz, gutes Frühstück. Das sehr nettes Personal alles in einer schönen Villa mit Garten und Sofas. Sie hatten auch Schaumwürmer für den Strand zur Verfügung. Nahe dem Mondello Meer 10 Minuten zu Fuß hatten wir ein 4-jähriges Kind hatten wir kein Problem. Ein hervorragendes Brot, das alles auf der Straße, die zum Meer führt, hält gezwungen, als Affen zu probieren alles, gut die Kannellen. Am Abend haben wir von Poldo 2 ausgezeichnet gegessen. Von Monreal Besuch der Kathedrale. Etwa 20 Minuten und Sie erreichen Sie in einem Auto. Sie finden immer Parkplatz außerhalb des Babys kostenlos. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie in der Fußgängerzone von Monello. Wenn ich wieder zum Monello zurückkehre, werde ich in diesem B&B zurückkehren.

Accoglienza, pulizia, disponibilità, familiarità e umanità... sono ingredienti basilari (non scontati) per un ” piatto” prelibato da offrire agli ospiti. Sab e domenica 10/11 febbraio trascorso con due gruppi squadra (50 persone circa) dove si è respirato solo benessere.
