Ayres Hotels used to have awesome breakfast buffets and quality staff.
Breakfast was disappointing.
The hotel had one vending machine, which was broken. After accepting $3.00 for a bottle of water, it failed to deliver the bottle. Afterwards, I noticed that there were about 10 bottles at the bottom of the vending machine. The hotel should have had a sign posted saying that the vending machine needed repairs. Even worse was the clerk telling me to email the vending machine company for the $3.00 refund.

I was a bit put off because the front desk closes at 8 pm , since I was checking later in the evening , no response from the 24 hr emerged number in case of problem . Just unusual in my opinion. Also the side walks were covered in snails - so gross . I missed the complimentary welcome glass of wine and breakfast because of the hours of the inn . It was somewhat disappointing. Place needs some updating throughout.

오래된 장소. 아침식사가 괜찮다는 평은 사실이 아니예요. 가격대비 얼바인 근방에서 지내기 적당한 장소인거 같아요.
