The public bath at the 14/ F is very nice with mount fuji view if you are lucky. The hotel room is clean and tidy but not a large one even though we booked a room with a large bed. But you know it is Japan. The best thing is the hotel is next to the station.

Had a really great stay here! The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was very convenient. Most important you can see the view of Fuji mountain from the room.

Definitely an ideal choice if you are planning to stay a night in this city and travel the nearby area. Convenient, high quality room, great view.

Overall, a Great Japanese Hospitality with great expectations and comfort.

Super new hotel with fuji mountain with you all the time even breakfast..hotspring...and the location is just next to station. You can also reach other main attractions by coach easily.

Car parking so bad. Need more notice for car parking instructions. Access need better arrangements. Need more parking spaces.

This is my first time to stayed here. This hotel is very good, clean, new and room design is functional.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, especially for the location and the view when you are enjoying your hot spring !

Location is perfect! Room is fine: its not big, but Japan travellers must know this is common and fine. We slept well. Small restaurants by station, minimarkets close by. Beautiful sauna, cold plunge and hot soaking tubs on roof, separate male and female. Perfect, and rare. The exercise room is joke: way too small, treadmill was functional, elliptical machine inoperable. Not going to get in a full workout here, if that is important to you. Price was fair. We did not use the restaurant, but two of our party took their evening meal at he Western-style food restaurant on same floor as the hotel lobby but just across from the hotel doorway. They spoke well of the food and service and it was busy (if you're craving Western food). I would stay here again, not hesitate.

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to Mishima Station. We found it had lots of facilities and it was very clean. Close to a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores.

I love my stay at the hotel. Tried the open air bath which was nice and it has all the amenities. The location is also very convenient as it’s situated next to the train station.

Location is good just outside the train station. I’m only there a day and the bus to the outlet mall is just outside the hotel too. It’s like a small town. Did not walk around area too much.  Room is pretty small but is clean and nice.  Ask for high floors and I got it but can’t see mt Fuji as weather not so good.  Self laundry service at the hotel and u can check if it’s done or not. But the onsen I can’t go in as I have some tats. That’s what the FD told me. Sad But they did prepare small basket for u to bring up there. I join their membership so I got early and late check out.

Excellent location and have a good view of Mountain Fuji right from the room.
