Everything is good and just nice. But if you want use the iron need to take at lobby with the iron board and bring to room by yourself.

Upon check-in, I noticed that guests are offered a complimentary drink. However, I was never offered one. Out of curiosity, I inquired about it, and the receptionist explained that the cafe was closed but promised to provide it the next day. Unfortunately, the same receiptionist did not fulfill this promise. The water pressure was good, and basic amenities were provided. The shower gel was sufficient.

The room is clean and comfortable bed with reasonable price.But the bathroom is small and the hot water not really hot

room size okay..still have a lot of space great location, near to restaurant and mall staff not really friendly

It was a pleasant stay. Location is alright and there are motor noises at night. Parking around the building is very limited so we had to park at the next building. Can’t really lean on the bed or it will move and the mattress is quite hard.

Hope have a small icebox.

Rooms and bed just so so . Location not bad , near to the Miri Time Square . Love their in house restaurant “ The Yard “ very much . They serving the best Sarawak Laksa in town 🤤 Feel regret dint try their nasi lemak .

Well Relevant with the price

Very good. Good location, room nice and river view. Price is good.

Very reasonable price. Clean and comfy. Located close to the hotel there is a chinese coffee shop which sell my favorite Kuching laksa and other nice food. Recommended to those who like quiet place for a night stay or more.

Room was cleaned everyday of my stay, felt secure as a solo traveller having 3 lock systems on the door. Affordable price.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Easy to access to Bormas Printing shop and other amenities.

My first time staying at this hotel. Here are the things that I love about the hotel during my stay: ♡ The beddings were so soft to my sensitive skin & very comfy. ♡ The room was clean & big enough for solo traveller like me. ♡ The washroom was also clean & spacious. ♡ Extra pillow was provided inside the cupboard. ♡ An eatery (The Yard) & a convenience store are just below the hotel. ♡ One of my favourite eatery (Dozo Nanyang Kopi House) is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. ♡ Malls (Bintang Megamall & Permaisuri Mall) are near to the hotel (only RM4 by using Maxim). However, there are some areas that can be improved by this hotel for more optimal convenience & experience such as: - Provide tissue for the room. - Provide electric water kettle & sachet drinks. - Provide more TV channels.
