This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and booked with trip.com. I like the location for late night flight stay because the nasi lemak stall is open 24hrs, just beside the hotel.

Firstly, I had a quality stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the check in was quick and fast. The room looks modern. The bed is comfortable. The amenities and facilities were top notch. Parking is limited. All in all, I highly recommend this property. In a nutshell, I will definitely stay again.

WiFi is not strong and unable to connect. Lots of ants on bed, table and in toilet. But staff was friendly!

Satisfied.The location is close to all attractions such as shopping mall just a walk distance.Laundry also near by.The room is clean and tv channel is clear only that wifi is not that strong.Hotel also have lift facilities.I will book this hotel in future if I go to Miri

Friendly front desk, change upper floor room to us when I request. Easy to find restaurants and bistro around, a big shopping mall was at corner. Will come back again.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay.Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great
