We just got there to have a quick 4 hour nap and a shower but the bed was super comfy and the bathroom amenities were great!!

I knew I shouldn’t have trust my instinct that something wasn’t right about this listing… This really isn’t a hotel - it’s more like an abandoned building that’s under construction. Zero signage. You walk into a bunch of people working and a random woman pushing the elevator buttons.No reception. You have to open a website to unlock the door—both outside and to your actual “room.” Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Milan is full of beautiful hotels, and this isn’t one of them.

The unit was in a construction zone building with a scaffold in front of our room door and outside the building. The construction crew started work outside our door at 7:00 am with loud noise tools. We did not have electricity and were told that they were trying to find someone who was awake to fix it as it was still too early. This was at 7:30 am and the construction crew had been at it since 7:00 am. The management didn’t care as they had already been paid. There was no indication on the ******* website and no communication from the Altido that construction was going on or we would not have booked it. It was simply not safe. I do not recommend this place.

Hotel is under construction inside and outside

HORRIBLE Una hora antes de llegar al hotel nos llamaron para decirnos que la habitación nuestra no estaba disponible y que nos mandaban una alternativa. Tras varias horas discutiendo con la operadora telefónica del hotel para intentar conseguir una alternativa más adecuada y correspondiente a lo que pagué, sentado en un bordillo en la calle con las maletas y mi pareja desesperados en ese punto ya, con hambre y cansados, decidimos coger una de las soluciones que nos ofrecían ya que estábamos agotados, queríamos dejar las maletas y ver un poco de la ciudad, ya que sólo estábamos dos días y este problema nos duró hasta por lo menos media tarde (llegamos pronto por el mediodía). Resultó ser un apartamento, más lejos del centro, en un bajo, sucio, descuidado, cutre, con cajas, antiguo y con poquísima luz que entraba con las dos únicas ventanas viejas que daban al patio interior del edificio.
