Wir warteten 45 Minuten auf den Shuttle zum Flughafen. Sie setzten uns am falschen Ort ab und stellten dann fest, dass wir zu einem anderen Comfort Inn 2 Blocks entfernt gehen sollten. Als wir ankamen, standen vor dem Eingang ein paar Leute, die Gras rauchten - ich weiß nicht, ob es Mitarbeiter oder Gäste waren. Das Zimmer war recht sauber, aber das Anwesen brauchte insgesamt viel Wartung und Reinigung (Flur, Aufzug, Essbereich). Das kostenlose Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber sie waren 30 Minuten zu früh aufgebraucht. Die Unterkunft bot einen Shuttle zum Kreuzfahrthafen an, hatte aber keinen Platz für uns. Die Schalterperson sagte, dass Comfort Inn uns eine Uber zum Kreuzfahrthafen erstatten würde, und gab uns eine E-Mail-Adresse, um die Uber-Quittung weiterzuleiten. Sie haben uns nicht erstattet. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft nur ok.

The hotel includes as an amenity described on their website of "Complimentary one way shuttle service from our hotel to the Port of Miami each morning. Register at the Front Desk during check-in to reserve your seat.". However, upon check out we were told that there was no remaining availability for the shuttle. So, we were forced to pay an additional $30 for a ride to the port. I did call a couple weeks before arriving to ask how the shuttle worked and the person I talked to said we just need to say when checking in that we want the shuttle - no mention of it being a limited service.

Nice rooms. Limited, but sufficient breakfast. If you are looking for a place to stay before a cruise, this place is great! Just make sure to call a few days ahead to get on the free shuttle list to go to the cruise ship docks.

Stop over for one night before a cruise. Subway next door as well a 7-11 for food and snacks. Nice breakfast this morning. Staff very friendly.

The room itself was nice clean etc. I dont like the fact Comfort charged a full night stay as a deposit prior to my arriving then charged me a night stay at check-in. I don't like the attitude of the gentleman i encountered at the front desk as i voiced my displeasure on this topic. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast was pretty good.
