We had a medical issue while on a cruise and requested cancelation as soon as we was back at port and the management refused cancelation or refund.

The room was decent, and it’s only 5 minutes drive away from the airport. The continental breakfast was great, didn’t expect it to be that good (there were waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, toasts, cereals, and fresh fruit).

Sehr veraltetes Hotel,die Zimmer Karten haben ständig nicht funktioniert.Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut.Im Frühstücksraum war nicht Platz,alles sehr dreckig und die Essensauswahk sehr begrenzt.Das Hotel ist gut nur für eine Übernachtung und nicht länger

The property is convenient to the airport and other locations we needed to visit. However, with no fridge/microwave in our room (room 426), that was an inconvenience. Also, very limited options for breakfast. The room was dirty-the floor, shower stall both needed to be cleaned on our arrival. The mattress were soft, sunken in the middle. Limited charging ports close to the beds and limited lighting-we had a blown lightbulb in the room. Not a great experience, will not be returning

Property is in really bad condition. I had to move to 3 different rooms while staying here. AC, Key system, toilets, no working right. Everything was very limited. I’ve always stayed in La Quinta Inn hotels and they have always been great but this one was terrible. Needs too many updates. Staff was nice, except for the older lady at the front desk which was full of excuse when problems arrived. I saw a lot of guests complaining at the front desk. I don’t recommend it

It was your typical airport hotel. Nowhere near the nicest La Quinta and nowhere near the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It could use a full renovation but for 1 night prior to a cruise, it was a slam dunk option. The bathrooms could use a major overhaul but other than that, it was just fine for what it was. Given the price I paid, I would go back again but I will always consider spending a tick more and getting something much nicer and closer to the port.

I didn't like the fact that it said it was a suit and it wasn't we didn't have towels in the room we didn't have soap in the room the room was dirty our sheets wasn't even clean.... We didn't have a fridge our TV didn't work we had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi the things that it said it came with wasn't true

We were only there one night, however, the room condition was horrible. The room was dirty, the beds were horrible. The key to our door wouldn't work, we had to go to the front desk twice to get new ones. They were not helpful and basically said it was user error. Since we were only staying a night before going to our next hotel, we slept on the top of the sheets and left as early as we could. The front lobby was packed with guests waiting for rooms.

Really nice place to stay and the staff are all super lovely! If you do use a transport/food service make sure you do specify you're at this location because there are 3 or 4 other hotels in the area so It can be a little confusing.

I've stay at La Quinta several times, but this is the worst. Elevators doors don't work properly, beds are uncomfortable. The baseboard dirty and the breakfast was the worst ever.
