The Elser Hotel Miami - An All-Suite Hotel Bewertungen

We have a mixed feeling about this hotel… location was perfect, but room was slightly in a bad condition; door of the wardrobe was falling down, giant stain on a sofa and couple of other things. And the biggest ISSUE was that up on check out they haven’t deducted anything from deposit except for the taxes, and they have ensured that we have settled all the bills and after that i see they have charged my card again for no reason after a week since my check out date!!! Up on check in I have asked several times if i can make deposit via CASH, but they told me that they accept only cards!!! So be careful with this hotel since they can charge you for no reason!

This was my second time there with my family. We spent a week there. The Elser has truly become our second home. Their staff is amazing. George at the front desk goes above and beyond. John, our bellman is very nice as well. He kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. The view from the room is marvelous!!! Truly a gem!

We chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!

This is a great hotel that was centrally located to what I had to do in Miami. That all being said the rooms were not quiet as I could hear mechanical noises all night that kept me up.

The location is great near kaseya, bayside market and church. The hotel is clean and elegant. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Love the pool area and it’s overlooking level. Thanks

Lá habitación no la hicieron no fin dia que estibina o allí, no cambiarin toallas, el valet parking es una vergueza entre 20 a 45 minutos de espera en los 3 dias.  Llevo llendo 4 anos y cada ano fue a peor. No vuelvo ya mas

酒店很新！地理位置在市中心，出入坐附近的metrolover （免費）很方便！（colleague station站起來走幾分鐘就到酒店。我們這次選的是海景雙卧室套房，其中一個卧室的風景非常好！直面海灣景觀！另一間卧室也能看到很不錯的海景。套房面積將近100平，一家人出來玩很好！下次來，還會考慮。謝謝！

房間寬敞、乾淨，各種設施齊全，廚房設備一應俱全，還有洗烘一體機，我們住了三天，雖然沒有人換毛巾，但是用完順便洗了烘乾，非常方便。酒店位置優越，風景絕佳，好多景點步行就可以到，免費的輕軌站就在附近，步行2、3分鐘即到，其他景點打車也比較方便。
