Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Hotelpersonal ist sehr respektvoll und fürsorglich. Außerdem ist die Lage überall sehr nah.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go to Gaziantep. This year I stayed between July and September. Everything was fine. But I have some criticisms from the perspective of a tourism professional. Because I have been coming to this hotel regularly for 7-8 years. First of all, I would like to congratulate the restaurant chef and waiters. My criticisms, 1-The rooms (bathrooms) are starting to get old. They need renovation. 2-It is necessary to consider a more spacious and spacious hall for the breakfast room. 3- I think the SPA, which I have always been pleased with, has changed hands. It is wrong to employ young Balinese girls who do not know massage, especially for cheap labor. There is no elevator directly from the rooms to the SPA. 4-I found the restaurant inadequate when it comes to Gaziantep kebab cuisine.

Disappointing. Our room, a suite, was enormous and extremely nice but we could not get the AC to go below 27c which made it really uncomfortable. Someone would fix it and then a couple of hours later it would stop cooling again. On the other h and we couldn't get really hot water in the shower. Reception staff were helpful but the restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were surprised because we had had such amazing experiences everywhere else in Turkey.

Lors de mon récent séjour à l'Hôtel , j'ai été agréablement surpris par le confort et la qualité du service. Situé en ville, cet hôtel est idéal pour explorer les magasins autour à pied. Les chambres sont modernes offrent tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet, avec une variété de choix, était un excellent moyen de commencer la journée. Le personnel était toujours disponible et très serviable.

Ramazan bayramı sürecinde otelde konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık.Otelin konumu çok merkezi olduğu için gezilecek turistik mekanlara ve müzelere rahat bir ulaşım sağlanıyor.Odalar temiz ve personel çok güler yüzlü.Kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzel.
