Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und schön. Aber es gibt nicht genug Platz zum Frühstücken.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Shuttlebus fährt alle 30 Minuten, was praktisch war. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber nicht schlecht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

Die Anlage war super sauber und organisiert. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und professionell. Sie alle konnten uns zeitnah und effizient helfen. Sie taten ihr Möglichstes, um dafür zu sorgen, dass wir Frühstückstüten hatten, da wir so früh am Morgen abreisten. Der Shuttleservice und die Lage sind ein Bonus. Sehr praktisch, da der Shuttleservice in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und würde zu 100 % wieder hier übernachten!

Ihr Shuttle-Service unzuverlässig und sehr schlecht und die Einstellung einer der Mitarbeiterinnen (sie sprach Hindi und Punjabi) war sehr schlecht.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, mein Mann und ich waren begeistert, weil es ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens lag, das Bett und die Kissen sehr bequem waren und mir gefiel, dass das Badezimmer geräumig war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nur ein typisches amerikanisches Frühstück, die Eier waren allerdings zu salzig. Ansonsten war aber alles super.

I come to this hotel every year upon arriving in Calgary and before leaving and will continue to do so as long as the existing conditions remain the same.  You arrive to be checked in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Your room is big and both the bedroom and bathroom are immaculately clean, as well as tastefully decorated. The beds are big and super comfy. There is a coffee/drink machine, fridge and microwave and good wifi. The hotel has a pool and gym should you want to use either. Breakfast is also included. Breakfast could be slightly better, but you should be able to find something suitable for you. AND You get all of this for a bargain price!  It’s very hard to beat!

Friendly service, clean spacious room. Also a quiet location. My only complaint would be the lack of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast included was one of the best we’ve had when included in the rate. Lots of variety, and the dishes that were supposed to be hot actually were.

Really nice it’s comfortable

The service I received was nothing short of appalling. Due to a system glitch, my booking was made for the incorrect date, and I was unable to cancel or amend it. Despite promptly rebooking through the same platform and at the same hotel, my request for a refund was outright denied. While I understand policies are in place, this level of rigidity felt deeply unfair and, frankly, inhuman. The customer service team was completely unhelpful, offering no meaningful assistance or solutions. Adding insult to injury, the hotel itself had initially indicated they would honor the refund request, only to later backtrack or be overridden by the platform. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this platform. If you must book, I recommend going directly through the hotel’s website, where you may find more flexibility and reliable support. Save yourself the frustration and choose a service provider that values its customers and understands the importance of fairness and empathy.

Honestly, things were okay until they charged us extra for what I think was unnecessary. Some staff were kind, others not so much. They really were trying to squeeze a buck out of anything they could & it showed.

The hotel is a standard one for the price with good facilities and excellent customer service. I will always use the hotel.

Excellent service from even before checking in, rang for the shuttle from the airport arrived within 15mins, excellent driver loads of information and pleasant small talk. Lovely room Very welcome after a long day travelling and what a good night sleep. Breakfast was very good in a pleasant area. All the staff were very helpful and made the start of our holiday. Thank you very much only sorry it was just 1night.

Staff were really friendly and breakfast was great.
