LOCATION IS GOOD, ROOM IS COMFORTABLE

Расположение отличное, прямо на Wash.st. и улицей магазинов и кафе Lincoln rd. Также недалеко до бурлящей Ocean dr. Сам отель очень старый и прошел реновацию, но помогло плохо. Слышимость очень хорошая, стены тонкие как сбоку так и между этажами. Уборка в номерах тоже очень слабая.

It was nice all stuff was very friendly, but quite very loud at night you can hear people next door talking walking all night.

Don’t trust what the staff tells you. Dishonesty and misleading customers seems to be a trend. I was told that bicycles, beach towels and beach chairs were complimentary but they were NOT !! I was charged $33 per day for them even if I didn’t use them. Terrible

I had a great experience... We were out of town from Philadelphia the staff was really friendly..

The guy from the reception was very rude and showed discrimination act

Overall enjoyed my stay at Courtyard, very clean, staff was very nice, restaurant/bar has limited hours (therefore didn’t get to use 29$ credit). I wish the rooms had a safe.

Over priced. Even for South Beach

Stayed 4 days...I wanted a hotel with a pool that stayed open past 6pm...Staff was excellent..!st room had a leak ...they immedietly transfered us to another room at 3am in the morning...we got there early 12 noon was giving a room earler than expected...My card was charged a day earlier than expected...there was a balance of $100 "destination fee" I was expecting to pay upon arrival but was told I didnt have to pay it ??/ well I had to pay it at check out...I was confused because I didnt book with breakfast (29.00) per day included ...I was told is was being givin to me! but sure enuff at check out I had to pay for the breakfast!! EVERYTHING HAS A SURCHARGE BEWARE! The hotel was great ...service was great... they did bend over backwards for me and my wife but I was uncormfortable because I was givin services I did not agree to!

Great Location, therefor good price conditions. The rooms are Not the newest ones and thanks to thin walls, you here a lot from the neighbour rooms. The Service is really friendly and helpful.
