Very clean hostel and great facilities. Most evenings there’s events at the hostel like karaoke or movie nights. Or if that’s not for you there’s loads of great bars and clubs nearby. The hostel provides free tours around the city. Jair took my group on a cycling tour and a trip via the subway to Coyacan. He speaks great English, knows everything about the city and is fun to have a joke with. Deserves all the tips.

Hampton Inn & Suites Mexico City - Centro Historico Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es ist optimal angebunden an das Zentrum und liegt mitten drin. Von der Lage her eine klare Empfehlung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat sehr viel Potenzial aufgrund der alten Bausubstanz und der Besonderheiten des alten Gebäudes. Bei den Zimmern muss man sich überlegen was man haben möchte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer von beachtliche Größe zum Innenhof liegend. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen und eine aktive Lüftung im Badezimmer war nicht vorhanden. Somit lag in den Zimmern immer ein leicht muffiger Geruch und durch die fehlenden Außen Fenster waren die Zimmer dunkel. Der Essbereich oder Frühstücksbereich des Hotels ist relativ klein und somit kommt es zu bestimmten Zeiten zu einer enge am Buffet und für die Sitzplätze. Das war zu Corona Zeiten nicht optimal. „You Get What You Pay“ heißt es doch so schön. Für das Geld gut , wenn man nicht so hohe Ansprüche hat und sich mehr auf die Kultur Mexico City konzentriert ist das Hotel eine Empfehlung. Wer sich auch zwischendurch in dem Hotelzimmer aufhalten möchte, sollte genau überlegen welches Zimmer er nimmt.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Wir haben mit diesem Hotel 3 Nächte lang unsere Roadtrip begonnen und sind nicht enttäuscht. Alle Angebote waren toll und kostenlos! (Sportraum, Parkplatz) Es ist ein weiterer, wenn man die Reisen und Parkplätze in Mexiko City kennen! Das Frühstück serviert jeden Morgen war frisch, am Tag und sehr gut. Le seul bémol est que pour les adeptes comme moi du chocolat chaud, ils ne servent pas ^^ et ils n'ont pas de confiture aussi. En ce qui concerne le beurre, il faut leur demander. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (TV, Tafel, Toilette, Dusche, WC...) Negative Punkte, die wir bemerkt haben: Es bleibt ziemlich weit vom Zentrum entfernt und wir mussten nach Uber zu einigen Orten, Es ist kein Hotel zu wählen, wenn Sie zu Fuß fahren wollen.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut hoch. Wenn Sie Frühstück mitbringen und wir kein Spanisch verstehen, schauen Sie sich am besten das von anderen Gästen bestellte Frühstück an. Wenn Sie ein Frühstück bestellen, das Ihnen gefällt, werden Sie sich glücklich fühlen

Nicht das perfekte Szenario, aber mein Flug landete in Mexiko City bei 1.20 am. Ich kam in mein ursprüngliches Hotel, das technische Probleme hatte ihre PMS-System war abgestürzt, so dass sie nicht überprüfen konnten, die Menschen in oder aus. Sie empfahl dieses Hotel, weil es sicher und schöne Zimmer ist. Ich kam zum Hotel und der Tür- und Uhrmann war perfekt. Aber bei dem Versuch, den Nachtrechner zu prüfen Juan würde mir nicht erlaubt, für eine Buchung, die ich gerade online gemacht hatte 5 Minuten vor dem Ankunftstisch, so dass ich ankommen konnte. Er empfahl, um 3 Uhr wieder zu kommen. Es gab keine Lösung, um mich einen Tag früh zu überprüfen. Kein Angebot der frühen Überprüfung ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Keine Option, Ihre Reservierung die dritte Partei zu ändern. Er war etwas gemein darüber. Ich musste auch meinen Pass zurück beantragen, sobald er die Eincheckung verweigert hat. Service ist offensichtlich in der Übernachtungspersonal fragwürdig. Juan gab weder Entschuldigungen noch Angebote, nachdem er den Service verweigert hatte, ein Taxi anzurufen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nie an jemanden, der für ihr Zimmer bezahlt. Und dann bot er keine Erstattung oder Entschädigung.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

The place has a wonderful internal garden space. The representatives Mrs Margarita as well as Ms Yocelin always managed to take best cares of guests. The location inside is quite suitable to a relaxing stay.

Ein großer Gastplatz****, sehr großes Zimmer, alles sauber, sehr freundliches und effizientes Personal. Der Blick vom Terrasse ist sehr schön.
