Wir sind sehr spät gekommen, das Zimmer ist noch gut, es ist, dass es in einem Zimmer bereits Gäste gibt, die Zimmerkarten nicht nehmen können, die Rezeption hat kein Problem gefunden und die Gäste mehrere Male wiederholt die Zimmerkarten laufen lassen. Die Servicearbeit ist nicht so präzise.

Super komfortable Betten und die Behandlung des Personals ist nett, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber, ist eine gute Unterkunftsoption, wenn Sie die andere im Osten der Stadt Mexiko. Gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen

Ich habe in den letzten Monaten viel reisen und bislang ist das mein Lieblingsplatz. Es ist sauber, komfortabel mit schönen, geräumigen Zimmern, aber das beste ist das Personal. Sie gingen über und über alles, um mich zu begrüßen und umsorgen, Ich habe nie nur Freundlichkeit und Pflege in jedem Hotel, das ich war. Dies wird immer mein Hotel in Mexiko City ab jetzt sein.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit Restaurant auf der Website. Zimmer war sehr komfortabel aktualisiert und super sauber. Vernünftig bezahlt mit kostenlosem Flughafenschiff. Bester Wert mit Service habe ich noch gefunden. Hatte einen kurzen, aber ruhigen und komfortabelen Schlaf. Der Fahrer hatte einen schlechten Tag, aber sonst waren alle Mitarbeiter wunderbar. Der Portier war großartig und der Kellner auch. Sehr hilfreich und einige Englisch, mehr als genug, um meine schreckliche Spanisch zu vermeiden. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.
