Although I was not given the room I expected and booked, altogether the hotel seems to be good value, if one is willing to stay outside of the city centre (the hotel is a 20-25 minute walk away from the station, cathedral, and shopping area of Messina; there is a tram available to Messina Centrale station, but it runs every 20 minutes or so only) and does not mind a somewhat dated decor and amenities. Whereas the public areas of the hotel looked nice, the room was dark (window blinds could not be opened fully) and the doors were scratched. Especially unpleasant were the knobby pillows which seemed decades old. Breakfast options were very limited, with hardly any food suitable for health-conscious guests.

Stayed for one night, great location and staff. Recommend this place for anyone visiting messina. 10 min walk to the astronomical clock tower which is one of the best things I have seen. You must go to see the show at noon at the clock tower! Good value for money staying at this hotel. Breakfast is basic.

L'hotel è in un palazzo d'epoca che è stato ristrutturato con molto gusto, sapendo conciliare una concezione e un arredamento moderni con la conservazione di una parte della struttura e dell'aspetto originari. Il servizio è efficiente e il personale sempre presente e disponibile. Non molto ricco il buffet della colazione, probabilmente perché lo spazio disponibile è piuttosto ridotto. E' comunque possibile fare richieste al bar della struttura di alcuni prodotti ulteriori (es. granite). Davvero ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Da consigliare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima accoglienza, ambienti puliti e personale gentile e disponibile.
Hotel ubicato a pochi passi dal centro.
Consigliato.
Se ci ricapita di soggiornare a Messina lo prenoteremo sicuramente.

Ho trovato tantissima gentilezza.... camera gradevole e confortevole.....luogo magnifico e centrale con colazione ottima e gluten free...a un prezzo decisamente contenuto..se ripasso da Messina ci torneremo senza problemi...lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Ottima struttura al centro di messina. Camere pulite e ben arredate. Bagni molto confortevoli con illuminazione a led molto soffusa. Colazione superlativa (un plus per la magnifica granita al caffè con panna). Consigliatissimo
