Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Wir haben für 10 Tage in diesem Hotel geblieben. Plus: ein geräumiges Zimmer mit klug eingerichtetem Klimaanlage, eine geräumige Dusche, ausgezeichnetes warmes Wasser in ihm. Ein schönes Design des Zimmers, ein Mini-Kühlschrank und Teepot. Komfortable Betten, obwohl die verkauften Matratzen gefunden werden. Gutes türkisches Frühstück. Personal löst schnell alle Probleme. Das Zweibettzimmer kostet uns 500 lire pro Tag. Von nahe gelegenen Hotels das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Defekte: Belegen in der Nähe des Hafens im schmutzigen Viertel, um die armen arabischen Nachbarschaften. Zum Zentrum ist weit zu Fuß. Es gibt keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück. In der Nähe des Taxiparkplatzes, eine Menge Autos mit Schlaffahrern. Ich schätze das Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis.

Die Preisleistung ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.Die Zimmer sind komfortabel.Wir sind mit meiner Frau zufrieden.Das Frühstück ist offen, das Speisen, das Personal ist betroffen, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden.Die Lage im Zentrum liegt in der Nähe der Bahnhofsstation.Wir empfehlen.

Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )
