Wir waren in Ihrem Hotel eine Woche lang, und alles war sehr schön. Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit mit der Ehrlichkeit und der Intimität der Mitarbeiter, die sich mit der Lage der Zimmerreinigung beschäftigten. Es gibt vieles zu sagen, was ich Ihnen mit Sicherheit vorschlagen habe. Sie haben unsere Kleidung gewaschen, unsere Formen gebraten und mitgebracht. Das ist wirklich nett. Meer und Murat, der uns im Lobby begrüßte, Sebahat, Neila und Ümmü, die sich um die Reinigung der Zimmer kümmerten, und wir danken allen, die wir nicht fragen, was sie heißt. ❤️

Açıkçası bir arkadaşımız bu otelden yer ayırtınca pek beklediğim gibi bir otel olamayacağını düşünmüştüm. Ama Merada Suit Otel beni çok fazlasıyla yanılttı. Her şeyden önce otel oldukça merkezi bir konumda. Mersin Mezitli İlçesinde ancak Mersin'in her yerine ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Merada otel; otelden fazlası aslında. 9 katlı idi sanırım. 4. kattan itibaren denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Sabah denize karşı uyanmak harika bir şey. Otel personeli olağan üstü kibar ve misafirperver. İşlerini profesyonelce yapıyorlar. Tabi bunun arkasındaki profesyonel otel yönetimini organize eden Otel Müdürü Çiğdem hanımı görmezden gelemezsiniz. İşini son derece başarılı yapıyor. İnanın burada rahatsız olabileceğiniz hiç bir şeyin olmasına izin verilmiyor.Müşteri memnuniyeti çok üst düzeyde ve bunu tüm personel içselleştirmiş. Karşılaştığınız her personel sizinle selamlaştıktan sonra ”Bir arzunuz var mı?”, ”Sizin için yapabileceğim bir şey var mı?” diye sormadan geçmiyor. Biz 7 aile 4 gece konakladık. konakladığımız suitler bir yatak odası, salon+mutfak, 2 banyo, 2 wc ve geniş bir antreden oluşuyordu. Odalarda büyük ekran LED TV, kettle, Büyük boy buzdolabı, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası, koltuk takımı, yemek masası, mutfak tezgahı standart donamım olarak sizleri bekliyor. Bir de lüks suitler varmış ama biz onları görmedik. Suit oda büyüklüğü sanırım 60-80 metrekare civarında. 3-4 kişi rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Otel kahvaltısı menüsü Avrupa ve Türk damak zevklerine göre seçilmiş. Ürün yelpazesi oldukça geniş ve kaliteli. Dilerseniz otel şeflerinden sizin için öğlen ve akşam yemeği hazırlamasını isteyebilirsiniz. Tabi bunun için gün içinde önceden bilgi vermelisiniz. Biz 16 kişilik yılbaşı akşam yemeği sipariş etmiştik. Mezelerimiz ve yemeklerimiz son derece güzel hazırlanmıştı ve gece boyunca başarılı bir şekilde servis edildi. Otelin geneli çok ince bir özenle dekore edilmiş. Bunu dikkatli bir göz hemen fark edebiliyor. Otelin gecelik fiyatı, kalite ve performansına göre oldukça hesaplı. Mersine yolu düşen herkese şiddetle tavsiye edebilirim.

Das schlechteste 5-Sterne-Hotel, welche ich je in der Türkei besucht habe. Service schlecht, Personal an der Rezeption hilft einem nicht weiter. Frühstück chaotisch bis zum geht nicht mehr. Man wartet eine halbe Stunde auf ein Spiegelei oder auf den Kaffee. Zudem ist es laut und es sind nur 3-4 Mitarbeiter am Buffet die nicht nachkommen. Die Nutzung des Hamam ist nicht möglich, weil zuviele Gäste von außen es anscheinend besuchen. Das Hallenbad ist aufgrund eines Problems auch nicht offen. Warum sind wir überhaupt in diesem Hotel???? Extra zuvor angerufen und erkundigt, ob Spa-Bereich zur Nutzung steht. Wurde natürlich alles bejaht. Ich dachte, das das Divan eine gehobene Kategorie hat, dem ist hier sicherlich nicht. Wie ich den weiteren negativeb Bewertungen entnehmen kann, handelt es sich hier nur ein Franchiseunternehmen, welches den miserablen Zustand erklärt! Hier wird man als Hotelgast nicht wahrgenommen. Deswegen schlecht, schlecht, schlecht!!!

In September becouse of my passport i did need to travel to out of country and i choose adana. I stayed there about 3 weeks. I did talk to hotel manager about my situation and he did give me very good discounts for my accommodation and also he booked the best room of the hotel with too walls full veiw of city in 5 floor. Staff they was very professional and helpfull. I did feel really safe and service was amazing

My stay at hilton mersin was fantastic. All of the staff was proffesional & polite but specially Miss Cansu at reception was very helpful & polite. Food at restaurent Ichelle was delicious. Staff at restaurent was exellent but Mr Burak was exceptionally fantastic. Overall a good stay. ❤️

Wir mieten die Suite , ein stilvolles 1 Bett 1 Wohnzimmer apart, volles Meerblick und sehr stilvoll, das Zimmer war absolut perfekt. wir bezahlten niedriges Saison 50e in der Hochsaison vielleicht doppelt. sehr wert das Geld. Modernes Hotel mit guten Einrichtungen , Stadtzentrum, Strand H ist 2km

Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Die Preisleistung ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.Die Zimmer sind komfortabel.Wir sind mit meiner Frau zufrieden.Das Frühstück ist offen, das Speisen, das Personal ist betroffen, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden.Die Lage im Zentrum liegt in der Nähe der Bahnhofsstation.Wir empfehlen.
