Im September musste ich wegen meinem Pass aus dem Land reisen und ich wähle Adana. Ich blieb dort etwa 3 Wochen. Ich habe mit dem Hotelmanager über meine Situation gesprochen und er gab mir sehr gute Rabatte für meine Unterkunft und auch er reservierte das beste Zimmer des Hotels mit zu den Wänden voll Stadtblick in 5 Stockwerke. Personal sie waren sehr professionell und hilfreich. Ich fühlte mich wirklich sicher und der Service war erstaunlich

Wir mieten die Suite , ein stilvolles 1 Bett 1 Wohnzimmer apart, volles Meerblick und sehr stilvoll, das Zimmer war absolut perfekt. wir bezahlten niedriges Saison 50e in der Hochsaison vielleicht doppelt. sehr wert das Geld. Modernes Hotel mit guten Einrichtungen , Stadtzentrum, Strand H ist 2km

How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Die Dusche war kaputt, aber das Personal ist freundlich. Ich hatte eine gute Nacht dort, obwohl ich um 1 Uhr morgens einchecke. Es ist gut, dass sie einen 24-Stunden-Service haben. Empfehlen.

Die Preisleistung ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.Die Zimmer sind komfortabel.Wir sind mit meiner Frau zufrieden.Das Frühstück ist offen, das Speisen, das Personal ist betroffen, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden.Die Lage im Zentrum liegt in der Nähe der Bahnhofsstation.Wir empfehlen.

Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )

Ich verliebte mich sofort in diese Hotels. Ich liebe stilvolle Boutique-Hotels. Dekoration im ottomanischen Stil, auch Zimmer haben keine Zahlen nur Namen von Sultans und Sultans. Holzboden, nicht laminat oder Fliesen, Holzfertige, Fenster. Das Wichtigste ist, dass das Hotel im Zentrum liegt. Ich habe sofort eine Karte mit einer Tour für eine Tour, die genau das gleiche ist, was ich besuchen wollte. Ich empfehle definitiv !!
