不錯的，游泳池很美，夜晚有表演，一瓶水要25埃磅，離市中心有點遠打車不方便，酒店叫車又貴，早飯很豐盛，總體滿意，感覺值得，房間也很大，服務也ok

房間非常寬敞，適合家庭遊，靠近海之心網紅地，可惜的是原本酒店後的海岸沙灘修建了一條沙灘公路

非常好，酒店很熱情！很熱鬧很安全！

- das Angebor für Kinder ist nicht so wie beschrieben - Vorhänge im Zimmer sind schmutzig, gefährliche metalleiste stand vom Boden weg - nur ein Pool! Keine Wasserrutschen wie auf den Bildern. - schwache minibar mit unangenehmen Geruch - Wasserhahn gibt nur heißes Wasser - Strand ist mit Bus 10 Minuten weit weg - Animation Team sehr aufdringlich am Pool ( immer wieder gekommen wegen Bewertung abgeben)

Overall amazing experience from all aspects. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Room service was fast. The hotel had within it a supermarket and multiple restaurants other than the hotel’s. Food was varied and well-made but dessert was sometimes repetitive. There was also a food and drinks service by the pool. The best part about the trip was how friendly the animation team was. They were very patient and engaging with everyone at the hotel, socialising with fun activities and introducing everyone to everyone, introducing fun activities and adapting them to make everything family friendly according to the guests. They included everyone in the activities including all ages curating activities that are suitable for everyone. They also put on an amazing and fun night show. My favourite part was the aqua gym and water polo sessions.

Dear Porto Matruh visitors, Although the experience overall was kind of amazing. Top 3 things which ruined my experience: There are cockroaches everywhere in the bathrooms at rooms looking at the gardens , room locks were broken and telephones were broken. But the rest is of the experience was great especially the animation team; they were super friendly. The food was awesome. And that sums it up.

It was a great weekend and I enjoyed a lot and the animation team was awesome and helpful and joyful so much I enjoyed playing with them and I will repeat this visit again, and the animation team helped my girl so much with playing with her and play with us and the atmosphere was great and full with joy

Customer service was top-notch; the staff was always ready to assist. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool area, which was clean and relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend Porto Matrouh for anyone visiting Marsa Matrouh. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the welcoming reception. The entire staff was absolutely helpful. The place is highly recommended for summer vacations. As for the restaurant, rest assured for having the suitable variety of dishes. The housekeeping staff member was well-organised

A very bad experience. The hospitality is very poor as beach boys at the pool and security are unfriendly. Apartments are stinky. Cooker and washing machines are broken. I am not advising anybody trying that experience especially for the people are always traveling. You miss your time fixing and getting nervous.

Everything is normal Thanks alot for miss Sara to handel my reservation she is very kind and friendly. Place beautiful and view is amazing. Quite and friendly people around. Everyone was very helpful. That's experiment I will definitely gonna try it again

The place is very nice and the staff are so friendly. The resort has around 15 nice swimming pools. The view at the beach is amazing. Porto beach resort has different activities to entertain guests. The sand beach of the resort is so clean and beautiful.
