One night stay for early morning flight next day.
Room are huge and beds are comfortable. Great food at the restaurant next to the lobby.

Bel hôtel, chambres impeccables. Ce qui est dommage avec une arrivée tardive, il n y a pas de room service, juste des bocaux.....
My husband and I were looking for a comfortable place close to Bordeaux airport and the Sheraton fit the bill. Although a little tricky to walk to if taking the tram (only 1 stop) from the airport and probably best to time your arrival with the free airport shuttle or walk directly from the airport. However, the hotel is lovely and new, the staff are efficient and friendly and the rooms are clean and beds super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is ample but not exceptional and so we felt a little overpriced, other than that, I would recommend the hotel and will likely return.

We had a great stay and the bathroom was the most user friendly I have ever encountered in my many years of traveling. The way you can select the water temperature by simply pressing a button is amazing. We stayed at many hotels from 5 stars to budget hotel during our 5 weeks visit to France and your hotel was the best as good as the Aloft hotel in Dijon . The staff were very welcoming and very professional. Our room was very clean , very modern and the bed very comfortable . My only complaint is that we were never given our Bonvoy points for our one night stay and after calling twice while in France and speaking with the front desk manager she promised me that she will credit the points to my account. She never did it ! After being back home in the USA for 2 weeks I had to go on line on the Bonvoy and claim my points . Luckily I had a copy of my bill to prove it. This is disappointing and put a bad taste in my mouth . Do not promise something to your customer if you cannot deliver . I am still giving you 5 stars because the young French lady at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful and the bedroom was really top notch.

We stay in hotels quite frequently, usually 4 stars and above. Had to stay here for a night and so pleased we did. Conveniently close to the airport this hotel is beautifully appointed. Spacious well equipped luxurious room and bathroom. The staff were fantastic, pleasant and helpful. We didn’t get to sample the food on this stay but looking forward to returning to this hotel next time we are in Bordeaux.
