Muy buena relación calidad precio, lugar céntrico pero tranquilo, el hotel ya tiene algunos años pero estaba limpio y todo funcionaba perfectamente.

Perfect stay for a family of four. They provided a crib and baby bath. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly, especially the bellboy Luis. He helped me load all the kids in the car, it made it a breeze since I was going in and out.

Hotel is located very near to the center, offers free parking and the staff is very nice. For the price you should be satisfied. However, for the 4 stars claimed, there are few areas of improvement. The isolation is bad, you can hear all other guests. The drains are kind of clogged so water keeps gathering in the bathroom. The bed, although it‘s advertised as a double bed, can hardly accommodate two persons, even if they are hugging. There were also some bugs in the room, not cockroaches but still, so there is a need of some measure there. All in all, a good place if you want good value for money and be central in Merida.

I discovered this little hotel on one of the travel websites. I was unsure about it because knowing people have different expectations of what is good for them and not others. Here is my honest review with pictures. it is in just the perfect location 5-6 city blocks from the main Plaza in the centre of town. This means you are outside the noise zone. The walk to town to the plaza is completely straight so there is no chance of getting lost. LOL The room is and has everything I need to be comfortable. Mine has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, a safe, open closet with hangers, 2 side tables, free bottles of water and more water in the lobby. A window, air conditioning unit, a compact bathroom that may put some people off because of the, let's call it ”coziness” of the size of it. For me I am over 5”9” so I am tall but still for me I was fine. This hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are spotless, the staff are fabulous and will guide you what's on in town, where to eat, tours, you name it they will guide you. They are lovely beyond and feel like family. There is fresh coffee in the lobby all day and night and a roof top patio with some hanging lights with a lovely breeze because Merida gets hot. The only thing I would like is a small fridge in my room, and maybe I will put my request in. The reason I say that is because this is my second visit here and I have already booked my third stay. For the price, the location, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff there is nothing else I need to feel safe and be happy. I can spend all my time concentrating on Merida what to see and do here.

Wir hatten die Zeit unseres Lebens in der Master Suite im Hotel el Espanol!! Die Front Desk Lady, Estibaliz, ging nach oben und nach oben, um sicherzustellen, dass wir glücklich und komfortabel waren. Ihr Lächeln ist schön und infektiös. Von der Lagerung unseres Gepäcks bis zur Erläuterung, wie die Dinge funktionierten ....in Englisch, so dass wir das voll verstehen konnten, war sie erstaunlich! 10 Sternenbewertung für Estibaliz, wir werden sicherlich zurück sein! Die Master Suite ist absolut schön. Es ist riesig mit einem vollen Sektion, Kaffeetisch, King-Size-Bett, Tisch und Stühle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, jetted soaker-Tube und vollen Größen Spaziergang in der Dusche. Es war ein Traum, dort zu bleiben. Danke für das gesamte Personal, einschließlich der wunderbaren Bell Jungs, mit denen wir getroffen und genossen, mit zu sprechen. Noch einmal werden wir zurück sein!!!

Das war mein zweites Aufenthalt hier. Auf dieser Reise brauchte ich eine sehr frühe Eincheckung und als Globalist machten sie mein Zimmer super früh verfügbar, das ich nach meinem roten Auge geschätzt habe. Frühstück und das Eigentum sind wirklich nett. Viele Bauarbeiten, da sie einen großen Teil des Hotels machen. Pool-Bereich ist mittelschwarz. Personal ist groß. Regelmäßige Zimmer sind mittelschwarz, aber die Suiten (die ich auf einer vorangegangenen Reise geblieben) sind erstaunlich! Hotellage ist angemessen, je nachdem, was Sie tun wollen. Insgesamt hatte er einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach wunderbar, noch nie hatten wir bisher einen so rundum tollen Hotelaufenthalt. Das Essen war ein kulinarischer Genuss mit kreativ angerichteten, qualitativ hochwertigen sehr leckeren Gerichten. Wir haben viel von der Speisekarte probiert und alles war großartig. Die Zimtschnecke und die Rühreier zum Frühstück waren wirklich unglaublich lecker. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Empfang bis zum Service haben uns alle Mitarbeiter das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Das schöne war auch, das dann direkt mit Namen persönlich angesprochen wurde. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte absolut. Für die hohe Qualität und den exzellenten Service war der Preis gerechtfertigt. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen!
