We had a really lovely stay here, it’s a really quiet resort and a small hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom sea view apartment which was really worth it for us. We ate our dinner on the balcony for the majority of our stay enjoying the view. The apartment was clean and had enough kitchen equipment to make meals. We paid to have breakfast and there were plenty of options. The pool itself was really good, my 9 year old son made the most of it, swimming for hours every day. It’s a small island so we took advantage and hired a car so we could explore. While there is no parking at the hotel there is free parking all around the hotel and we always managed to get a space. We were relieved there wasn’t late night entertainment as it’s really not for us. The staff here work incredibly hard and are all very polite. A wonderful, relaxing holiday.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. Pool area really good and breakfast good. The apartment was great, comfy beds. Unfortunately it is too noisy for us (we have an Autistic child) and the other thing which spoilt the experience for us is the lack of privacy in the balcony- see picture. My heart sunk when I saw the balcony and how close we are to the pool/busy areas. If noise is not an issue for you then this is a fab hotel in a lovely resort. The usual sunbed wars is an issue too - we could not get beds except on a rainy day.

Sensational stay at the Seth Isla Paraiso aparthotel in Seaview 2 bedroom apartment. Staff fantastic. Special manetion to Manolo in the restaurant and all the activity staff who were outstanding and made it a week to remember for our 2 kids who both want to return next summer (as do I!). Such a chilled setting and magnificent beach in the resort perfect for swimming with the crystal clear water. Quiet resorr bit that's what we wanted. If you have young kids and want a nice relaxing week in the sun then I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks again. We will see you again 👍🌞💙

We stayed here with my 4 year old in May 2023. The place is lovely and quiet (although it was outside of school hollidays! It does need a bit of TLC as it looks tired in some places but it really is a lovely place. We stayed in an apartment on thre ground floor and came out on to our patio right by the pool which was lovely. There is a very quiet, secluded beach by the hotel or you can walk a bit further and find the main which, both of which are really nice. It was my daughter's first holiday abroad and she cannot wait to go back!

We had the best time here. The apartment was excellent, the whole complex spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly. The resort is lovely, one of the best beaches we've ever been to. We will definitely come back again what a fabulous place thank you.

I sent two emails, one through contact page on their website and one direct to the hotel to ask for us to be located near each other and somewhere that was accessible with hardly any steps as we were four friends in our late sixties and seventies with mobility problems. They said they hadn't received any of them. They could not locate us near each other and although one apartment wasn't near amenities it didn't have too many steps. The other had lots of steps. It also didn't have any hot water for two days and the fridge was very old and rusty. Also the plumbing throughout the block was old and every time someone in the block went to the toilet you could hear it, particularly annoying at night. The bar shut at 10.40 and there wasn't much entertainment. We were told that they would move us in a couple of days but this didn't happen. They did offer us a free late checkout but this didn't make up for all the steps and hence swollen knees all holiday. On the positive note the food was good with plenty of choice and the staff were pleasant and helpful. If I was younger and fitter I would go again but sadly having no lift and lots and lots of steps everywhere you need to go I shan't be returning and don't feel it is suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Loved the bay and the restaurants on the beech but again the vicinity is a little hilly and people with mobility issues would struggle. Easy access via public transport to Mahon (recommend the boat trip around the harbour, cost 16Euros) and a visit to Fornells with great sea food restaurants and lovely little shops.

Lovely apartments. We travelled first time with baby, two grannies and myself. We requested a ground floor, pool view which we were allocated. Yes there are some steps to enter apartment from door side but one of us always took the stairs to open doors to avoid carrying baby and pram via steps. There were ramps to access the resort which was great for pram. We had requested baby bath, highchair and cot, all were there waiting and in perfect condition. The cot had a firm mattress with fitted sheets. It was wooden cot. The high chair are ikea highchairs. The pool area was spotless and we never struggled to get a bed. There is a storage unit were you can pick up floats and different beach bits that other travellers lad left. This was great for baby as we could try different floats and even picked up a snorkel for the beach which we left. A really great idea. Special shout out to the lovely barman who saw us trying to find apartment with baby and cases and carried our cases for us, a true gentleman. I would definitely recommend these apartments, very quiet and perfect for first family holiday. Close to beach via steps but we always went to long way round which added an extra 5 mins if even that. The supermarket across the road was very handy. I didn't bring enough nappies though and it was 18 euros for small packet, very expensive but my fault! I would definitely recommend these apartment. The high floor apartments have stunning views of the bay. Would definitely return. The breakfast each morning was fabulous and the staff were lovely and friendly.

This is definitely a destination for families. We went as a couple in our Sixties. Our room was along the road, down two sets of steps and up four. We struggled with our suitcases and no assistance from reception. The room was tired but reasonably cheerfully decorated. The bathroom was awful. Shower was a trickle with a shower curtain and the floor was a slip hazard. The beds were very uncomfortable, but the sheets were changed regularly. Maids were lovely and cheerful. The restaurant staff were very helpful and the meals pretty good, enjoyed by the many flies that kept us company at breakfast and dinner. We wouldn’t return to the resort or the apartments. We admit, we didn’t do our research. Just a cafe bar along the road would have been a Godsend.

Wow! I was so nervous about going here as I’d read a few bad reviews online, I cannot fault the place! Beautiful area, helpful staff, clean apartments and lovely pool area! We were here for a week from 3rd October as a family of 4 - we had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was fab, lots of choices cooked, cereal, fruit, pastries and the kid’s favourite Churos and chocolate! Our apartment was a 2 bed we had a balcony that you could see the sea from, 2 clean and simple twin rooms. Maids were there everyday, reception were super helpful if you needed anything. Considering we paid £900 for a week 2 adults 2 kids with breakfast I am blown away. The beach which is a 5 min walk is Outstanding, clear calm sea, a handful of lovely restaurants (I recommend viva La pepa and Arenal Blue) a few bars with bands and Karaoke if that’s your kind of thing, souvenir shops 2 x supermarkets (one being right outside of the hotel) We rented a car for 3 days and travelled the whole of the Island - highly recommend doing this! If you’re debating booking this hotel…. Just book it
