It was one of my best stays ever in city of Melbourne CBD location location is what you need for your stay close to all Theatres and amazing restaurants……excellent food in Harry’s dining and Bar …..breakfast amazing selection .The accommodation was  superb from the mattress to the pillows  well appointed room …stocked mini bar and free bottled water ….Parking was easy and accessible to the hotel this is one Hotel you must try without hesitation. Radio Presenter Melbourne.

Excellent location. All branded shoppings & fine dinings are within walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful. l would rate their service better than those from Park Hyatt Melbourne. Only complaint was the poor sound proof. l can hear noices from neighbouring room clearly. This is a let down that the hotel gotta look into it.

Vorauszahlung S$575.33 für die Buchung eines Zimmers für 2 Nächte ab Mai 22-24. Vordertafel auf meine Kreditkarte wieder bei Abrechnen für A$586.16 (S$543.59). Er realisierte die doppelte Gebühr, bis ich ihm aufmerksam gemacht habe. Er entschuldigte sich und kehrte die Gebühr, & versichert mir, dass es keine Kreditkarten-Administratorgebühr geschuldet werden. Aber, wenn ich meine Kreditkarten-Erklärung erhalten habe, zeigt es, dass ich S$39.04 geschuldet wurde, FX & Bankgebühr für den Fehler der Front Desk Mitarbeiter gemacht. Ich habe seit dem 10. Juli mit Sheraton MEL in dieser Angelegenheit verfolgt, aber keine Nachricht nach dem 26. Juli, als ich die Bankinformationen gegeben habe, wie Herr Kajal Gaurav gefordert hatte, um die Erstattung zu verarbeiten. Bis heute 21 August habe ich die Erstattung noch zu erhalten. Ich habe mehrere Male an Sheraton geschrieben, aber niemand antwortet. Ich warte immer noch auf jemanden, der in der E-Mail-Mail-Mail-Mail eine Erklärung abgibt und wenn ich noch $39.04 erhalten werde. Inzwischen möchte ich noch David danken, der Hausbetreiber, der während meines Aufenthalts sehr hilfreich war.

Das ist wahrscheinlich eines der erschwinglichsten Park Hyatt Hotel der Welt. Elegant & klassisch Design. Liebe es. Die Zimmerzugangskarte war fehlerhaft & bei einigen Gelegenheiten musste ich sie am Frontdesk ersetzen. Das war ziemlich irritierend nach einem langen Tag aus. Der Lebensmittelservice im Lobbyraum war schrecklich langsam. Es dauerte mehr als 30 Minuten, bis mein Essen ankam.

Останавливались на Рождество и остались очень довольны! Прекрасное расположение, все рядом и пешком! Отель исторический, красивый, просторные номера с рабочей зоной. В номере есть все необходимое, включая кофемашину, богатый минибар (счёт за который нам в связи с рождеством простили!) Отличные завтраки и ужины в ресторане отеля. Единственное, в отеле нет своей парковке- нужно парковаться на соседних улицах, что небезопасно для оставляемого в машине имущества (убедились на собственном опыте) Отдельное большое спасибо ms Lara (duty manager), которая смогла решить наши проблемы с полицией, сами бы мы не справились совершенно, особенно в Рождество. Ваша помощь была неоценима !

The place is okay. I had a good stay in my room. They’re kinda strict with check out time tho. Few minutes before check out time at 11, the staff went to the room to remind me I have to check out and I asked her for a few minutes because I had to shower. When I went back to the room, my key card doesn’t work anymore. They already locked it for me because it’s check out time. I won’t go back to this hostel. Tho I had good breakfast at Howm.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem großen Zimmer und der Manager war schön sein Englisch ist. Schrecklich. Und ich habe das Gefühl, dass er all diese Arbeit allein tut.

Das Hotel liegt günstig im Stadtzentrum des Bahnhofs Southern Cross. Der Kundenservice des Hotels bietet chinesischen Sprachservice. Es ist sehr herzlich und erklärt geduldig die Check-in-Notizen. Für die erste Ankunft ist das Kundenservice-Center im 33. Stock etwas kompliziert. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel den Check-in-Vorgang vor dem Aufenthalt des Gastes erklären kann, sonst fühlt sich die Szene etwas überfordert an.
