Die öffentlichen Räume waren schön gestaltet und wir wünschen uns, dass wir im Restaurant eine Gelegenheit hatten, zu essen, um den Platz mehr zu genießen. Das Hotel ist eine schöne, geräumige und geräumige Unterkunft, die für zwei große Koffern ausreicht. Das Bett war bequem; ein wenig auf der weichen Seite, aber viel besser als einige andere Hotels, die wir während unserer Reise geblieben haben. Die Qualität der Blätter könnte verbessert werden, obwohl sie grob zu berühren waren und nicht die silkefleisch, die Sie in einem Hotel erwartet hätten. Das Bad war ein bisschen klein, aber noch schön gemacht. Wichtiger noch, sie haben proaktiv Hauspflege (die wir leider nicht auf unserer Reise gelernt haben) und das Front Desk war professionell und untergebracht.

After many years of delayed construction we stayed at the Ritz Carlton this past Sunday night. I grabbed a rate of $491 through the Marriott website which is comparable or a bit cheaper than other 5* hotels at the other end of town. The hotel is situated at the western end of the city near the main railway station which isn't the best location in Melb for a luxury hotel. However when pulling into the entrance to have the car valet parked ($75) it's another world. The guys at the entrance were friendly and very helpful. We were escorted to the lifts and whisked up to Level 80 for check in. We were given lots of information about the hotel and facilities and the man checking us in was pleasant and tole us that we were as close to the top on Level 77. The room is spacious with a separate toilet, luggage compartment and big bathroom with bath and a large desk. The views were incredible looking across the city to the east and the bay. Unfortunately our room was a couple of levels above the neighbouring tall building so I could hear the air con all night. As typical of luxury hotels the bed had too soft pillows for my liking and we should've asked for firmer pillows, I don't know why hotels continue to provide such soft pillows. I went to Level 64 for a swim in the shallow pool which was great with incredible views. We met friends and family for drinks in the lounge where the service was prompt and friendly but the drinks are very expensive which is to be expected of a luxury hotel. On the Sunday night near midnight there was a 3.8 richter earthquake in Melbourne but I didn't feel it but my wife said the building moved slightly and I did notice the clock had moved slightly. Breakfast on the long table is fantastic and we thought the breakfast was reasonably priced a la carte only with good selection available. I would stay here again given the right rate but keep in mind the hotel is a tram ride into the shopping and most of the restaurants are up the other end of the city.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Budget-Hotel mit sehr zentraler Lage. Nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Flinders Street entfernt und in der Nähe mehrerer Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Es gibt auch viele Einkaufszentren in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein günstiger und komfortabler Aufenthalt. Für den Winter wurde eine Heizung bereitgestellt.

Ich werde dieses Hotel buchen, wenn es mir am besten gefällt, in dem ich je in Melbourne war. Die Unterkunft befindet sich vor dem Victoria Market und den Flagstaff Gardens. Die kostenlose Straßenbahnzone und der Bahnhof sind alle in der Nähe, sodass Sie bequem überall hinkommen. Reinraum ist auch gut. Das Beste ist, ich habe in einer höheren Etage gebucht und kann die Aussicht vom Balkon des Zimmers sehen, ohne zur Sternwarte gehen zu müssen. Die Aussicht war so gut, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel genossen habe.

Overall a good place but could be much better if Management check the rooms after Housekeeping and if its not impossible do inform the Person in advance when Housekeeping is coming and kindly advise Housekeeping to clean the room on daily basis as on my 3 day stay Housekeeping only came once when I was out and did nothing on the name of cleaning just moved the things from one place to other.

Es gibt einige positive für dieses Hostel wie die Tatsache, dass Sie Datenschutzvorhänge haben, die ehrlich gesagt der einzige Grund, warum ich lange geblieben, warum mehr Hostels nicht installieren diese einfache, aber vertragen brechen Details, die ich nicht weiß. Das Dach ist eine gute Sache in den Sommermonaten zu haben und es ist ein ziemlich gesellschaftliches Hostel. Auf der Nebenseite des Hostels ist ständig kalt aufgrund ihrer Beharrlichkeit auf Luftkon auf voller Jahresrunde, auch im Spitzen des Winters. Es macht für eine unbehagliche Erfahrung und als Gäste sind verboten, die Luftkone mit Zeichen, die sagen, zu der Rezeption zu sprechen (die es für 30 Minuten ändern wird, bevor dieser kalte Geschmack der Luft wieder auftritt). Es ist gut, separate Badezimmer nicht nur ein privates für das Zimmer, oder eine Gemeinde-Satz von Duschen wie andere, hier haben Sie eine Menge separate Dusche mit eigener Tür. Leider stinken sie oft von Schmutz aufgrund der Abwässer. Ich habe nicht viel von dem kostenlosen Frühstück erlebt, da das Fenster sehr früh ist und nicht für diejenigen arbeitet, die spät arbeiten. Alles in allem eine ziemlich mittlere Erfahrung, die leicht besser mit etwas gemeinsamem Verstand gemacht werden könnte.

Kein WIFI (es ist wie Stepping-back jn Zeit) Sie müssen einen Dongel Router zu mieten - sollte ein $50 Halten es war $200. Die Rezeption hatte keine Ahnung, wie man ein großes Komplex laufen, nein, Informationen im Zimmer, Himmel funktionierte nicht. Wenn Sie auftauchen Informationspersonal ausgebildet hätten Sie einen Gewinner!

Die Lage ist großartig. Nahe dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und einfach zu gehen zu CBD. Etwa $10, wenn Sie Uber nehmen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und teuer. Großer Wert mit diesem Preis. Ich buchte den RM1313 und es hat einen Balkon mit Gartenblick. Die Parkgebühr ist gut, aber ich konnte dort keine Stelle erhalten, da es vollständig reserviert wurde. Empfehlen Sie, vorzubuchen, da sie begrenzte Parkplätze haben. Personal am Frontdesk ist hilfreich und nett. Es gibt nur eine Café neben der Tür und es ist einfach, einen warmen Kaffee am frühen Morgen zu bekommen. Gesamt, hervorragende Erfahrung!

We stay at mantra hotels all the time as they are usually reasonably priced and good value. This time they did not disappoint! The location is great, lots of alleyways nearby with bars/restaurants. Parking not too far away. We booked at Wilson's online and got a deal. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but that's ok when you have a kitchen! The rooms are very spacious! Especially for the city. You get bath robes which were a great addition. My only complaint was the towels. They were tiny and very worn. Improve this and I'd rate our stay 5/5!!
