Services were really good and the hotel is near the city. Will come back next time.

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

Good room at a good price. Close to many shops. Also close to public transport. Good service from help desk. Would stay here again

Location is very handy. Beds catered very well for the three of us. We were not given enough towels, bath soaps

Good location right next to a key tram stop. Recommended, quite close to Melbourne bus stop for Airport.

Perfect location to anywhere downtown in Metro.

Overall it is acceptable for one night stay. Toilet n kitchen is good. Outside of room is not well maintained.

Awesome apartment stay at Arrow on Spencer. Warmly welcome by the friendly and helpful front desk officer. The apartment was spacious comfort with well-equipped amenities. Located in the cbd (free tram zone) next to Southern cross station, perfect location for eateries and groceries. Luggages can be stored before check in time.

Upon arrival we found the kettle broken then the microwave melted the turntable and the verandah was filthy with bird droppings all over the place and one of the coffee mugs had a broken handle it was still attached to the cup on telling reception it was never replaced for us the kettle was

I loved my room . Abit outdated but the layout of the place was fabulous

No good not clean cockroaches

Good location but quite old Big room more space for 2 people Close to tram and grocery , reasonable price But the noice from traffic is too much loud

DOES NOT RECOMMEND They have fake reviews on google map. There are cockroaches in the room and everything is old and doesn't seem to be managed well. Doesn't have free parking. Very expensive. It is cheap but I wouldn't come back. Location is pretty good. Southern Cross Station is nearby.
