Es war ein Traumaufenthalt im wundervollen Resort! Die Villa ist super, der Pool und der Aussichtspunkt bieten wundervolle Blicke über die Berge und Reisterrassen! Das Frühstück ist spitze, Vietnamesisch und westlich.

Auf unserer Nordvietnam Rundreise durften wir für 2 Nächge im Avana Retreat übernachten und das war eines der Highlight auf der Reise. Wunderschöne Anlage mit grossen und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtege Bungalows. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Ein absoluter Hingucker ist die Poolanlage mit geheiztem Pool. Eine sehr angenehme Abwechslung ist es doch im Dezember eher kühl in den Bergen. Restaurant wie auch Massagen können wir auch beides empfehlen.

Tolles Ressort und ein Ort der Entspannung in den Bergen. Zimmer sind großzügig und modern asiatisch eingerichtet, die Veranda mit Blick in den Regenwald ein Traum. Das Spa ein Ort der Entspannung und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Das Restaurant mit vielfältiger Küche auf guten Niveau, auch für Kids was dabei. Rundum Luxus und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Es war ein Traum. Die wunderschönen Zimmer, der absolut aufmerksame und immer sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Service des Personals. Ich habe mich gefühlt wie im Paradies. Auch das Essen war exquisit , reichhaltig und immer frisch. Wenn man ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, dann doch bitte hier !

Unglaubliche Unterkunft, ruhig, individuell in weitläufigem Gelände. Sehr schön ausgestattet. Toller Infinity Pool. Mit Blick aus Reisfelder. Toller Spa Bereich. Versteckter Wasserfall den man für ein privates Abendessen „mieten“kann. Sehr leckereres Essen.

It was the BEST resort we had ever stayed in. From the Decor, the grounds, the service, the food to the staff, everything was perfect. The staff know you by name and I don't know how they communicate but they know exactly where you need to go and what you will do next. They always anticipate what you need one step ahead. The waterfall dinner was magical; The chef and the kitchen were right there so the food was freshly made and hot. The service and the food were very special. And they accommodate all our requests. I love this place and plan to come back the next chance that we have.

Amazing five * retreat hotel in the mountains overlooking great countryside and scenery. Fantastic apartment (room Villa) set apart from all the others with great views, very spacious large comfortable bed (extra pillow selection) and well equipped with toiletries. You move about the retreat on little shuttle buses that are on hand within a five minute call on an app . Lots of activities available, candle making, waterfall walk and heated outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant has a great choice of local and international foods and the staff are kind & courteous & on hand at all times to help. Had an amazing time, sadly only for two nights but well worth every minute. To make the most of this wonderful retreat I would recommend 3 days.

From the moment we stepped into this Gem in this breathtaking valley, we knew we had made the right decision. Our villa included 60 min massage per afult EVERY DAY, YES, EVERY DAY. I have been to top-notch hotels and have not seen service or people like we had met in the retreat. Thank you, Avana, for making our trip to vietnam so memorable

We stayed at the Avana Retreat for three days in November 2024. The retreat is in a secluded, rural location in the mountains about three hours outside of Hanoi that is not near anything else, so you are pretty much confined to the retreat for the duration of your stay. The property consists of around 20 villas that are quite large, well appointed, and private. Ours had a lovely view of the surrounding rice paddies and a deck from which we could watch the sunset. The retreat has a spa, yoga studio, bar, swimming pool, and restaurant, as well as extensive grounds that include a beautiful waterfall. The owners went to great pains to incorporate the hotel into the natural environment without too much destruction, and there is a real feeling of being in nature while also having all the amenities of a luxury hotel. There are activities such as hikes that you can sign up (and pay extra) for, although we did not participate in any of those during our stay. The food was quite good and varied and there was a nice selection of different cocktails, along with a well-attended happy-hour offering 2-for-1 drinks and complementary snacks. The staff was excellent and responsive to all of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were happy that we chose to spend some time away from the typical tourist hubs in Vietnam.

We had the best stay ever at the Avana Retreat. I would go as far as saying it's the best place that my wife and I have stayed. The staff, location and atmosphere are all amazing. It's hard to do justice how nice the rooms are and how amazing the nature is on the site. It is incredibly relaxing and friendly - perfect for any length of stay. We will definitely be back!
