This was the WORST hotel experience ever!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a self check-in, but they didn’t respond me even the day I arrived there are no instructions at all!. I booked a room with a private toilet but got shared facilities instead. The entire place reeked of smoke, including my room, and the constant loud music and rowdy guests made it impossible to relax. To top it off, the smell of ******* filled the air, making me feel sick and I could clearly hear other guests having loud ***. The worst part? I booked for 5 days but left after an hour. I tried contacting the hotel for a refund, but they refused. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

The bed is too soft and body pain after sleeping. No WiFi at room. Need to call before can enter the apartment. Kitchen is dirty. Body itchy when sleeping on bed. Booked last minutes and not many choices.

The only merit of this accommodation was that it located at a really good position which has restaurants, transportation facilities and shops nearby. However, I won’t go for the second time because of the poor hygiene and not responsive service. The bed, light and pillows seems dirty with little dust and spots. No clear instructions for entering the room. Think twice before you book this hostel:)))

Very good experience in the accommodation, the location is really very good.

So smelly in the room, I just stayed for a couple of hours then I had to leave because the room is full of painting or something smelly. Just the constructive feedback, the location is great for travelling.

This is a budget accomodation super close to southern cross station and very central to a lot of other locations. There is no reception and you have to call a number to be let in. Downsides 1. No windows 2. Shower is hard to use and goes from extreme hot to extreme cold

Everything is ok, but difficult find the location, because the adress is not exactly with in the website. The room is not windows.

Our experience was great. Manager is a lovely and he does his job well and as far as I can tell he's doing the job on his own

Stayed for one night. Very unprofessional business. Wanted a $100 deposit. I did not trust to usey credit card, so insisted on cash with a receipt which they were reluctant to do, but eventually agreed. Manager said to be at office at 10am to get deposit back, but was not there, and did not answer phone calls. Right now it is 10.30am, and I am in a nearby police station reporting this as a scam. DO NOT USE THIS HOSTEL.

The toilet was out of service and the floor were dirty as I saw other’s comment. You have to call the customer service number then they will let you go upstairs.

There were some bugs in the bed and the other guests were extremely in considerate
