The hotel location is good which is connected to the airport through an overhead bridge. Room is clean with big comfortable bed, tv and bathtub. Fridge is small. The hotel building is old, lobby is in a mess like motel and no much amenity. For me is overpriced. If price not a concern, this will be the most convenient hotel to stay near the hotel.

Stayed for a night to catch an early flight the next day. Very happy with the renovated room and bathroom amenities. Well-connected to Melbourne Airport T2 via a sky bridge.

Honestly wish I stayed longer, it was such a nice luxurious little overnight stay. Definitely will be back!!

Well located. Nicely renovated and well-furnished room. Awesome view! Love it. Stayed just for the night but it was a comfortable stay. Great and friendly staff. Will come back again for future visits.

The Service, accomodation and overall vibe at this Hotel has improved so much since the renovation upgrades. It is a delight to go to this Hotel, the quality of food is excellent and the location is perfect! We have and will always stop here anytime we have to catch a plane !!

The Stamford is always a convenient place to stay if you plan to go to the theaters and eat in China Town. Also a great little basement Italian restaurant very close by. They lack a bit in the room service department however, with meals taking the form of take-away containers. Not very good and a bigger effort could be made.

Large room & bed. Was clean & had lots of amenities. Great that is so close to & easy to get to airport terminals

We had an early 830 am flight and decided to stay at Park Royal Melbourne for its close proximity to airport. And we were delighted because it was realllly near. Basically a lift and short over-head bridge away! Hotel was new and clean! Glad we chose the hotel :)

We booked a two double bed for 2 adults and 2 children. The reservation had been mixed up so we walked into a King Bed with trundle bed rooms with a couch. We were offered to be moved to another room but couldn't be bothered after 24 hours of flights, so we asked for linen to make up the couch into a bed (not sofabed). This request was accommodated. There was a table in an odd position at the end of the king bed that I bumped into multiple times during the night. The bathroom was very spacious and they had a good selection of amenities. We left early the next morning and didn't have breakfast. Check in and check out were both very swift. Location is fantastic to flop after a long flight.

The room was comfortable and the reception staff was helpful. The soles of my shoes opened and I sought assistance from them to get super glue for temporary glue. They advised that maintenance team would be around early next morning and they would have supply. Sure enough I got the glue for my shoes then.

A great location for those arriving late or departing early. Not much chance to try breakfast or its amenities.
