A little dated but very clean and great staff. No life if you are on the 1st floor so cases must be lugged up stairs. Great breakfast is included in the morning.

I've stayed here a few times over the last 9 years and must say that I'm completely impressed by the difference since it was taken over by new management and all 9f the rooms were completely renovated. New staff is amazing and the breakfast is as good as you can get in a budget hotel. Highly recommend

This is the second time we have stayed at Melbourne Inn and suites. We only stayed one night this time. The staff is always extremely friendly and our room was clean. We had a little issue with the water in the shower but I reported it to the front desk and they said they will get it fixed.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis, nettes Personal, schöne saubere Zimmer. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Frühstück war ausreichend das einzige negative, dass man nur Plastikgeschirr bekommen hat. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden mit allem .

The people were very friendly and helpful. There is one thing that I believe needs to be addressed and it’s that the bathtubs were peeling and had rust stops. They need to be replaced. This is NOT on the housekeeping team. There is also some mold in the grout near the tub that needs a proper cleaning or replacement

Love it here it is the best!! beds are comfortable as heck and all we need is a king bed and it will be excellent. Well its excellent every time anyway!! I've been at least three time we are about to book a room now!!! see you in June!! and august and maybe July

called the hotel at 12pm and 4pm and let them know i would be there between 12-1 am. when i pulled up at 1240 the woman working was just locking up even though the office closes at 12am. She would not have been there that late if she wasnt waiting for me to get there. i paid for the room and got screwed out of it. Now they will not do anything to fix it. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT stay there

Any reservation checking in after 12 MIDNIGHT would be referred to the emergency number on the Front Door for assitance.

Great rooms really spacious clean and well stocked loved the court yard with the fire pit beautiful and well kept up with well worth the price and the staff was very kind

You need to put some kind of lighting over the sink in the kitchen area, also grab bars and non slip surfaces in the bathtubs. We have been staying there since you first opened and we keep coming back. Breakfasts are excellent as well as the staff. Thanks again!
