Neu renoviertes Hotel in kleiner indischer Gegend. Geh näher zu Jalan Bunga Raya, wo es einen Weg zum Fluss und viele Cafés. Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig. Frühstück ist einfach, aber füllen. Service ist v freundlich. Ich würde dort wieder bleiben.

Ging Genting vor Malacca. Ich hatte die gleiche Anfrage im Genting Hotel und in Hatten, aber nur Hatten erfüllte alle meine Voranfragen, als ich in 3 Zimmern eincheckte. In der Nacht entschieden wir uns ziemlich spontan, eine weitere Nacht mit demselben Zimmertyp zu verlängern. Das Hotelpersonal half uns, im selben Zimmer zu bleiben, ohne die Mühe zu haben, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen. Vielen Dank an das Hotelpersonal Amar, das mir für die verlängerte Nacht geholfen hat.

Das Front Desk Personal ist sehr freundlich und bietet uns einen guten Service. Sie folgen jedem Antrag auf Umtausch oder sogar zu spät auschecken. Ehrlich gesagt, ich denke, dieses Hotel ist wirklich den Aufenthalt wert, der mit dem Preis übereinstimmt. Ich habe wirklich keine hohe Erwartung, aber ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt und einen guten Schlaf. Lage war sehr gut in der Nähe von allen nur unten die Treppe gibt es 7/11, Watson und so viele Essen in der Nähe. Ich werde hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich Melaka besuche!!

Mit freundlichen Grüßen, ich sage, dieses Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und der Ort ist allesamt interessant. Was das Frühstück angeht, gebe ich ihm 10 Sterne, aber ich bin wütend und verärgert über das Problem mit dem Aufzug. Bitte kümmern Sie sich um das Personal Wenn die Gäste voll sind, checke ich im 12. Stock ein und warte mehr als eine halbe Stunde auf den Aufzug, bis der Aufzug nicht mehr anhält...die letzten beiden benutzten die Treppe, um nach unten zu gehen...überlegen Sie mal, was wäre ein Eine Person, die im 30. Stock wohnt, macht es, wenn sie sowieso die Treppe benutzt. Es ist schlimm, wenn man Single ist und dieses Ding nicht in der Tasche hat und seine Frau wieder mitbringen möchte. Gehirnfasern sind so. ..beachten Sie bitte das Aufzugsproblem

Ein sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Malakka-Fluss. Belebte Orte wie die Jonker Street sind in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist groß, verfügt über einen großen Balkon und das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wird im Gebäude 3A serviert und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Da unsere Zugzeit relativ spät war, baten wir darum, am Abreisetag eine Stunde später auszuchecken, und das Hotel stimmte bereitwillig zu. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

The room is great because of the side pool river. My daughter loved it so much. However, the toilet smells like sewer. I think if you put air fresheners in the toilet, then it will be okay. The location is strategic. We can just walk to go to Kg Morten and enjoy the river side scenery at night. The parking area and the place are not at the same building but it is just next to the building.

Where do I begin with this hotel…?! Booked for 3 nights via Expedia because the hotel’s reservation page kept declining my credit card but still charging it - will sort this out later. Check-in: was told I had to pay a RM50 deposit in cash when I checked in. My hotel was prepaid online but I have no issue with the deposit, except they wouldn’t take credit cards for the deposit as they apparently cannot issue deposit refunds via credit card. I guess they haven’t learned about placing authorizations on cards and reversing the charges. They have Touch n’Go e-wallet stickers at reception but also wouldn’t allow me to pay the deposit via TnG. Fortunately I had some cash on me or I would have had to go find an ATM to withdraw money. Arguing with the receptionist is pointless since they’re merely enforcing stupid and nonsensical policies by management. Room: basic but acceptable. The remote controls for the air conditioning and tv were given at check-in. I guess the management is highly suspicious of guests and will not leave them in the room. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best and water pressure so-so. TV channels have zero channels in English. Guess English-speakers aren’t their intended clientele. Housekeeping does not automatically make up rooms. I was out the whole day and when I came back around 645pm, realised that the room was not made up. By then I had decided to move hotels and forego remaining 2 nights after the first night. At checkout when I told the receptionist about the unmade room, I was told that I had to call housekeeping to clean the room. What kind of half-baked, cheapskate dump has such a ridiculous policy!? I was told that apparently some guests don’t allow housekeeping in and so they just decided to not clean until asked. Amazingly every other respectable hotel in the world has a better solution to this - come back later!! Funnily this ridiculous policy is also not communicated at check-in. I didn’t expect an offer of refund for checking out early. Any hotel whose management is such a skinflint that they wouldn’t even provide daily housekeeping or keep the remotes in the room can hardly be expected to engage in customer service. Oh as a bonus, I saw an ironing board in the corridor. They wouldn’t provide ironing boards in the room of course. The pictures say more than I can. Verdict: never coming back here again if I can help it. Overpriced and does not deserve 3 star rating.

Das Hotel Amverton ist sauber, geräumig und ich denke, kürzlich renovierte Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Split-Einheit Klimaanlage, die für den Schwellung von Melaka wichtig ist, erlebte nicht viel von dem Service, aber das wenig, das wir getan haben, war proportional zum Preis, den wir gezahlt haben. Kann nicht erwarten 5 Stern Service, wenn Sie nicht 5 Stern Preise zahlen. Das von dem Hotel organisierte Telematch war gut, das Team, das es von Capt (rtd) Norizan geführt lief, war ausgezeichnet. Die einzigen negativen waren: 1. Telefon wurde nicht angeschlossen, als wir angemeldet wurden, so musste das Hotel mit meinem Mobiltelefon anrufen, um eine Änderung des Pillow-Fall zu erhalten. 2. Die Piefallen wurden nicht geändert, eine war schmutzig und die andere riecht. Aber es wäre ein guter Ort, die Kinder zu bringen, da der Pool groß ist und es einige Schleifen hat. 3 Sterne wegen der Standardanlagen und Zimmern sind von 3 Sterne Hotel, keine Beschwerden über Service von Personal.
